Get Involved in a HUGE Variety of Market Research!

• Online Surveys: Standard online surveys are offered, but sometimes you may be asked to view a video. Each time you do not qualify for a survey, you will be rewarded with 10 cents!

• Telephone Surveys These may take between 2 and 30 mins to complete

• In-Person Group Discussions:There may be a short screener survey required to determine if you qualify. If you are chosen, group sessions have around 8 people in attendance, take 1 -2 hours and pay in the range of $60 - $120. Longer sessions may also supply a snack and drink!

• In-Person One on One Interviews: Interviews may be recorded with video and/or audio. They usually last 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. They are compensated with $30 - $150.

• Mystery Shopping: There may be a short screener survey required to determine if you qualify. If you are chosen, you may be asked to purchase a product within a store and share your experience. In many cases, you can keep the product and will be reimbursed for its cost!

• Accompanied Shopping Trips:There may be a short screener survey required to determine if you qualify. If you are chosen, you will be taken to a store and asked questions on which products you would buy and what behaviors you would have within a given store. Compensation ranges between $30 - $150.

• Postal Diary Studies: There may be a short screener survey required to determine if you qualify. If you are chosen, you will usually be asked to record your behavior over a 7 – 14 day period. The subject matter may greatly vary and compensation depends on the amount of writing required.

• In-Home Product Testing:There may be a short screener survey required to determine if you qualify. If you are chosen, the product will be sent to your home address. You will usually be asked to complete two surveys about the given product. Compensation varies.

• Venue Product Testing: There may be a short screener survey required to determine if you qualify. If you are chosen, you will be asked to test a product at a venue near your location. The payment may be between $10 - $100 for your time.

• Online Forums and Blogs: There may be a short screener survey required to determine if you qualify. If you are chosen, the tasks required are similar to the “postal diary study” setup except, your answers will be listed on either a forum or blog format. Compensation varies.

Reward Dollars for Gift Certificates!

Many surveys are rewarded with the currency, “reward dollars”. Once you have $20 reward dollars you may redeem them for a variety of gift cards at over 35 online and High Street stores. These include: Prepaid Visa cards, iTunes, Coles, PlayStation and EB games gift certificates.

SMS Verification

Survey Village uses SMS secondary verification to verify their panel members, and to ensure there are no duplicate accounts on their system. The system will only accept one unique phone number and if your mobile number is already in the system, you will not be able to set up another account.

Unlike other reviews of this survey company, I've found them very good. The surveys are normally around $3 - $5 worth, but sometimes as much as $20 for one of their magazine surveys. I've picked up a couple of $100 a year from this site and even better the gift cards are posted quickly and via Registered Post. Only drawback is last year the points to redeem certain vouchers changed (from $103 for a $100 voucher to $130 equivalent for a $100 voucher. But still good. No PayPal though

this used to be one of the best survey panels out there until they got greedy. a few months ago they decided to increase the administration fees on their rewards. a $100 visa gift card will now cost you $30 worth of points on top of the $100. a $50 card will cost you an extra $20 worth of points. this was raised recently on their facebook page and they blamed admin costs and claimed they still pay more than other sites. evidence was posted showing that they are the site with the highest admin fees ever and still they made excuses. i am close to 13000 points and when i reach that amount i will be cashing out and closing my account. taking 30% of my earnings for "admin costs" is greedy considering they get paid so much from the research companies and only offer us a small pittance in return

This survey site is nasty. This is our experience. The terms and conditions were changed without notice and you were required to accept them before you could log into the website. The new conditions made you accept that any points earned after an 18 month period would be lost. Hence many peopke who had collected points for years lost their points and posted complaints on the companies facebook page (these comments have been deleted by the company). Then people who complained publically were accused of being immature (yes I have an email to prove it) and their accounts were cancelled including any rewards that they had already ordered. I was one of those people so was my husband. The new terms and conditions make it impossible to actually get any rewards from this site as the surveys are so few and far between. Stay away!!

Don't let anyone fool you. It is about the same as other survey panels, with the same complaints as other survey panels, late payments, not compensated for a finished survey, etc.....

I have used a lot of panels, and they usually have average surveys, and don't pay you. SurveyVillage however has been excellent - I have received over $100 in gift cards. Great for Christmas presents!
