Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

I am among those who kept getting a message that said "site down for maintenance" when I tried to cash out. This happened for many weeks. Now, when I try to cash out, I am brought to the Rewards Claim page which tells me: Sorry, we are unable to process your claim. This transaction has been flagged in our systems. If you would like more information please contact our helpdesk, using the error code 53421.5.

Maybe they are having cash-flow problems. Whatever the case, they could at least email all members asking us to hold off on claims till such-and-such a date. Instead, they just keep filling my email box with more survey invitations! I for one will not taking any more of their surveys until they fix the fulfillment problem.

I love being a member of SurveySpot. I am a member of over 8 survey groups and this is by far my favorite because I have made the most money with this panel; more than any other.

Love to take surveys on Survey Spot. Most aren't too long and a panelist has the opportunity to earn giftcards to such places as Amazon.com. You can take as many or as few as you want.

I love taking surveys for Survey Spot, one of my favorite sites. They really work with you to try to find the surveys that are the ones for you. Having been a member of 6 survey panels over the last few years, Survey Spot is at the top of my list along with a few more. Thanks Survey Spot

I have read a lot of negative comments regarding survey spot, but I have mostly positive things to say. They send multiple surveys to you each day which is great! I joined in October 2013 and have since cashed out $100 (plus I have another 5 dollars in points right now). They pay directly to your paypal account and there is usually only about a day or two before you actually see the money in your bank account. 80% of the surveys are usually about 50 points (or 50 cents) each. It will tell you how long the survey takes before you start. Sometimes a 50 point survey is 5 minutes, other times it is 20 minutes. They are pretty easy and fun surveys for the most part. For a 100 point survey it usually takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes. The pay outs may not be as high as other survey sites but survey spot has the most surveys by far to choose from. And I usually always qualify for the surveys. There were some technical issues with surveys not loading correctly in the beginning but I think that has been fixed because I have not had any problems for awhile!
