Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

I recently joined Survey Spot and have already earned $50.00. The payment was almost instantaneous. I have been a member of other panels for a long time and have still not made enough for compensation. I am extremely pleased with this panel.

This site is more like Ipsos panel, they would ask you to do 25-30 minutes difficult boring survey for less than a 0.90 $ , while other survey sites would ask you to do the same survey for 1.50 $ - 03.00 $ .... So you get the picture?

At first I though my account was blocked because I couldn't cash out my points. I emailed them and they told me to check my browser settings which I'm not really good at so it didn't really help me at all my problem.

I also notice on their Facebook page that a lot of people were having the same problem as me. So I decided to call and spoke with this gentleman not really sure what his name was but he was pretty patient with me even though I wasn't computer savvy. Also I think this is the only survey company out there that provides very good customer service and I didn't even expect they also do technical support in terms of browser problems. But this person who assisted me was really good. He was very open to me and said that they we're experiencing technical difficulties but did promise me that he'll do his best to help me out. After staying on the phone with him for more than 15 minutes I was finally able to claim points. If I'm not mistaken I think his name was Jon. who also helps me out with some stuck surveys when I email SurveySpot. But anyways I think this is a really good site and for all those survey takers out there having problems cashing out I'm sure that gentle will be able to help you out especially if its your browser.

This site is really helping me out with my bills. It pays easy, great rewards, very helpful and friendly people, especially John. I highly recommend this site to everybody.

I don't understand why people like carolyn are having a hard time. Maybe she just doesn't want competition thus getting all the rewards. But you also need to be a bit computer savvy to increase your survey earnings.

I completed a product test. They disqualified me when I completed the follow up survey. Their customer service team, especially someone named John, was totally unable to help me. I suggest all sites refrain from uising them for product testing. Stay away from them. Everybody!!
