Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

I was OK with this site until they offered me a couple of "games". One game involves choosing from three doors when you are DQed from a survey. Whatever door you choose will almost certainly be a loser.
The second game involved an animated car race where you choose a colored car and win if it places first, second, or third. This is what piqued my suspicion; The car I chose placed third but was awarded no points. I doubted that the Flash-based games ever awarded points. I filed a complaint with the Connecticut Attorney General's office.
When I asked about odds of winning these games, I was given a nonsensical answer. When I challenged it, I was told it was "escalated to a rewards manager" who never responded to me.
When I mentioned this failure in a survey about member services, I was flagged for fraud for providing "bad or irrelevant answers".
The message is clear: "SHUT UP OR BE SHUT OUT."
I would rather be shut out of an unethical company than do business with them.

I've been with this company for over 3 years, but the last time I made a redemption every survey invitation thereafter was for no points. I guess I'm no longer a "Valued Member".

I love the fact that I get paid for my opinion; and, I can be as honest as I want to be. I get $10 at least every 2 months, but I have fun with it. I have other sites I give my opinion to but, they give points for ridiculously high points needed to redeem any. My opinion is: Survey Spot is at the top of my list of survey company's to use for a record of payment that cannot be compared with.

I used to belong to Survey Spot in 2012. I did cash out a few times. But most of the surveys they sent me was not for points but for a sweepstakes. I wanted to try then again in 2013 and they wont' send me any surveys to do . I have terminated my account and then resigned up, but the site itself doesn't let me get anymore surveys. So I wouldsuggest if you want to use another site I would. I heard this site changed towards the end of 2012 well I sure believe the changed to the worse.

They send a lot of surveys and it is easy to get the minimum to redeem.
