Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

I have been a member since 2009. They are honest and legit. I g=get good rewards back. Look, it's no amount of money that you can survive on, but it's fun to give your opinion and make a difference on the products that come out! (And get free products to try!) I have made probably $300 this year so I would say they pay out well. BEST SURVEY SITE THERE IS. - and I belong to all of them!

When I first started with this survey site, I was impressed at the incentives and they have one of the best payout times. Basically, you ask for the reward and it's there that day in your Paypal account. The downside is about 80% of the survey invites I receive now are 20-45 minute surveys that get you 1 prize entry. No points. It took me about 4 months to reach 1000 points to be able to cash out. I have learned though that if they don't post rewards on the e-mail, you are only going to get 1 prize draw. That's just sad for a site that pays so quickly and has interesting surveys.

I tend to read reviews before doing any sort of business with an online company, but I still reserve an amount of skepticism regarding a certain percentage of really good or really bad reviews.

In short, this is a really great survey panel if you have REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS about what being on a survey panel really means, and a lot of the negative reviews seem to reflect that those people didn't understand the point. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE COMPANIES FEEDBACK TO BETTER THEIR PRODUCTS BY GIVING YOUR OPINION IN EXCHANGE FOR A MINOR INCENTIVE, NOT A JOB. Since I started in late October I've taken many surveys. I've gotten over 3000 points and have taken part in surveys where the company has sent me products to test. But I've taken twice as many surveys where I didn't qualify. Do you think a beer company cares about your opinion if you don't don't drink? No. So keep trying until you find a survey for a company for which you are target consumer.

If you are expecting hundreds of dollars from Survey Spot, you'll be disappointed. That said, they offer ample opportunities, usually for 50 points (50 cents). Sometimes there are focus groups worth 2000-3000 points as well; I have participated in a handful of them and they are worth the time. It is always cool to see the product ideas come to fruition, also.
Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. More than once I have been 3/4 through a survey and had it bug out on me; they've always responded right away and been courteous and positive in their correspondence. I highly recommend Survey Spot to people who just want to have some fun and don't have high hopes for hundreds of dollars a month; they pay, but it takes time and effort like everything else.
