Opinion Outpost, OpinionWorld

SurveySpot permanently shut down on June 30, 2019. Opinion World and Opinion Outpost continue to operate.

SurveySpot was launched back in the year 2000, by the market research powerhouse, Survey Sampling International (now known as Dynata). Take online surveys for great rewards and chances to win sweepstakes.

Rewards

SurveySpot offers 4 different types of rewards for your participation. You can cash out with PayPal, or elect to request iTunes vouchers, Amazon vouchers, or Air Miles! Start cashing out once you have earned as little as $5 in points ($10 for PayPal requests).

New Member Cash Draw

New members automatically receive an entry into the $10,000 quarterly cash sweepstakes draw. Additional entries are awarded each time a survey is successfully completed. The more surveys you take, the better chance you have of winning!

Unfortunately, SurveySpot is no longer operational. Click the button to discover survey panels that are running and are actively looking for new members!

SurveySpot Instant Win Game

All online surveys offer an instant win play where you can play a slot machine or scratch card game with a chance to win additional prizes.

Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

Eligibility: SurveySpot is open to USA residents only.

LONG LONG SURVEYS

May 30, 2012 by emily from United States

Surveys are getting longer and pay much less than when I first started doing surveys with them. MANY surveys pay 50 cents for 25+ mins of your time.

There are better paying, shorter surveys to be taken elsewhere.

If someone signs up in your household even without
your knowledge and they find that out then they keep your points and shut down your account.
YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.

I was with them 3 yrs. It can take many hours
to get that 10 dollar payout.

It's not that bad

It's nowhere near as good as its sister site Opinion Outpost, but I think SS is decent. They pay immediately after cashout via PayPal if you select it. Some of the incentives are quite poor (50 cents for 20 minutes?), but I've gotten $1.20 for 20 minutes so I stick with the surveys like those. No complaints really.

They came thru

Being a new participant to the survey world, as I tried to organize survey spots, I registered with 2 emails. Survey Spot froze my accounts. When I wrote to them and explained, they responded quickly and re-opened one account. While I haven't rec'd alot of surveys that I qualify for, I will continue with SS - they took the time to resolve my problem.

non paying surveys

March 18, 2012 by Johnnie from United States

Lately they seem to only have surveys for a sweeps entry or the paying surveys is for your teen who doesn't like to do surveys. I don't do the surveys that don't pay or that pay pennies for a 30, 45 or 1hr on any of the sites. If every one refused non paying surveys and the ones that don't pay enough given the amount of time, maybe they will start being fair with the incentives and stop sending nonpaying surveys.

Not as good as it used to be, but still good

In 2009-2010 this panel was absolutely awesome. I qualified for most surveys and got some good stuff, including getting paid $25 to review two reusable razors that I got to keep. I made an easy couple hundred dollars. Once they switched to a points system, though, I found that I wasn't qualifying for many surveys, and I haven't gotten a lot since then. But when I do cash in, payment is made immediately via PayPal - no waiting 4-6 weeks. Overall highly recommended.
