Survey Details

After not receiving a survey invite for quite a while, I tried to log in. I received a message that my account was frozen with absolutely no explanation. Don't bother with them.

i build up 130.00 in my account and wanted to move it to paypal .. they sent 50.00 of it then shut down and froze my account beating me out of 80.00 . took me 2 weeks to get an answer back as to why the reply was i had violated some kind of rules for requesting my rewards so i was not entitled to them and my account was blocked from use this also hurt me on 3 other sites i do.have tried to work things out with them with no reply just a big old screw you

NOW that I know iPoll came from this crap company, I should expect problems, I guess. My story is no different. 2 survey panels-iPoll and OO administered by the same parent company. Got paid, earned enough again and BOOM! They CLAIM but can't/won't EXPLAIN how their t/c have been violated. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I"m not sure how to do it yet but I would like to possibly complain collectively-I"m sure there's no class action, lol-because it isn't fair to dupe so many people like this. Let's face it-we would NOT be filling out surveys if we did not expect to be rewarded!

I had a surveyspot account for over a year and did earn some money. Earning money takes a long time since most surveys are worth .10 to .50. They do payout when asked. The problem is one day I logged in and my acct was closed and it said frozen due to data issues and they would not respond to emails and never opened it. I have a friend that had the exact same thing happen to him several weeks ago. He went to log in and it said frozen due to data issues, and they do not respond. He had money in his acct and they just keep it just like they did to me. Several surveys will say if you do a 3 day survey about everything you eat and drink... they will pay you $10-$30 and then they give you .50, and if you write to SurveySpot they never respond. Some surveys will ask you 20+ questions then say you don't qualify! It is not worth the hassle.

I have been a member of Survey spot for years and now my account has been frozen for some reason and I can't redeem my points.. I never had a problem before and I need an explanation as to why this happened..
