Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

I joined SurveySpot in November of 2009 and have cashed out twice. Once for $25.00 and once for $17.50, but now (for the last 10 days) I have not been able to log into my account. I've sent several e-mail asking whats going on and have not had any reply. I'm worried because I have over $25.00 in rewards sitting in my account. I feel like I'm being ignored on purpose and that I will never be able to cash out. In the past this company has been great, alot of surveys, easy to qualify for, and fast cash out, but now I feel like they are turning into one of the scammer companies and I personally wouldn't recommend them to anybody. BTW, does anyone know a phone number that actually works? I don't think I'll ever get a reply to the 12 emails I've sent them, and the number at the top of this page is disconnected.

They sending only about 15-20% of money surveys. Another portion is for points to participate in "somebody is getting paid" game for fools.
If you try to answer only payd surveys they will delete your account with your money in a few month.
So, do it for free or get out.
Keep away from this sly company, there so many better options to choose between.

Overall I like surveyspot. They send a lot of surveys and sometimes the incentives aren't good, but it tells you in the email how long it will take and how many points, so I can choose not to bother doing a survey if it doesn't seem worth the time. I just cashed out with them today for the first time, for $10 after being with them for about a month, and I was pleasantly surprised that the paypal payment went through INSTANTLY. As soon as I clicked the claim payment button, the money was in my paypal account. Impressed with the fast payment, no other survey company has paid so quickly.

However, their instant win game is crap and I'm getting really sick of it! Every time you do a survey you get to do this stupid instant win game at the end and it says you could win a cash prize... and I ALWAYS "win" sweepstakes entries. It's just annoying. And I've gotten really sick of the little noise that the pretend slot machine makes when you click on it.

I have been with SurveySpot since about December 2009 and I have earned $53. I get a lot of emails, and almost all of them are at least $1 (100 points). I love this site, and I have definitely seen improvement since January. However, my sister is a member also, and she rarely ever gets invitations. So maybe it's good for some and not for others. (I'm 18, so maybe they prefer younger panel members?)
