Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

They say you don't qualify right at the end of the survey, after you spend 20+ min.

I have been with them for awhile. It is not the best survey place out there, but certainly not the worst. If you have paypal and cash out if will come almost instantly, that I like! How ever most of there surveys are just entrys to prizes, which I don't even bother. I January of this year they did a special, if you completed a survey you got 50 points, those where the ones that usally are the Prize entrys only. I wish they keep that one going

The switch to their new website and points format has not gone smoothly. Several of the surveys I had completed were not credited to my account even though they stated that the points would be rewarded immediately. Also they promise to reply to consumer contacts within in 72 hours. Yesterday, I received an answer for a compliant placed 12/11/09. Thus it took a month! I was owed around $13.00 and after sending repeated inquiries via their website with no response I finally contacted the better business bureau of Connecticut because they are a member. My complaints were resolved satisfactorally within two weeks and now they are showing when I complete surveys and when I don't

As long as each survey makes at least 50 points or 50 cents, I'll rate it highly. Go back to sweepstakes (without any invoke) and I'll rate this place the lowest.

I have taken over 100 surveys with them including
5 I was told I would get 100 points and 4 cash $3.00 & up. never got credit no reply from customer service cant access how many entries you have to their "contest" per their site it is sent to another company to handle and they have no access to that information (??) dont waste your time will get kicked out of the survey last minute and no points,cash or sweeps entry, or will not get ccredit or customer support either
