Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

Not only does this company keep flooding me with surveys, but they can't tell the truth. It seems too much of a coincidence that every one of their surveys, in the email invitation say, for example "ten minutes" as in the length of time it takes to do the survey. However, when you click on that link it always suddenly and mysteriously changes to "25" or more minutes needed to do the survey. And what is it with five to nine of these surveys daily?

Survey Spot is owned by Survey Sampling who also owns Opinion Outpost. Since purchasing these companies, they drastically reduced Survey payouts. Plus you MUST take a 10 -15 question survey (for free) before they let you take the survey [every survey]. Do not EVER update your personal info or email address because they will freeze your account. I cancelled my account today [11/27/16] after being a member over 10 years.

I was a member of surveyspot for a couple years., I am the only one who used it & only my personal email was registered to my account. Last month the froze my account due to data concerns. After sending multiple emails I got the response that more than 2 emails were registered & in use for my account. I asked for verification of which emails they had & when they were being used for surveys. And also to receive payment for the surveys I have already done. 2 weeks later, 3 emails & still no response. If you check the internet they have really ramped up freezing accounts lately, with no explanation.

The only fault there may be is you don't record employment accurately as in my case I am RETIRED and am ALSO self-employed with my own business which has employees. This is different than someone retired or just self employed by themselves. Other than that question I find both your surveys and service TERRIFIC.

It is impossible to qualify for a survey on this site. Their sister site (opinion outpost) is great but Survey Spot is completely the opposite.
