Completed a survey 17/12 at 10pm time in my country but was not re-directed to my redeem $1 page. Emailed numerous times with proof, even complained on twitter. No response to date. Customer assistance non-existent as you do not even get a reply. Not sure how they are considered 'legit' if you do not get paid for all surveys completed. Next I will complain to the Market Research Association.

I have been experiencing constant problems lately. I completed a lot of surveys, it shows congratulations survey successfully completed but when it routes back to surveytime for credit they pop up with sorry you have been unable to complete the survey. I do not rush through them and I always provide clear detailed responses. I'm tired of spending 20 or more minutes to get ripped off at the end. I've emailed then many times and never get an answer.

I believe in giving every site a chance. I have tried this one for a week. Either it says the survey is having trouble loading or I there is a bad link on the survey. Over 7 days (3x per day), Gig speed internet, and no issues with any other survey site, not one survey that would load or complete.
