I've been a member for several years now and never had problems in the past - always got credited on time, always got my cashouts quickly.

They recently switched payment from their points to "itcoins" and now there's a problem with the points balance on my account.

I've been trying for a week to get in touch with customer service and haven't gotten an replies to my emails or Facebook messages.

I'm going to continue to attempt to collect my payment, but I am not completing any more surveys for them, and as soon as I can get my payment, I am going to leave the panel.

I would NOT join this panel....you cannot get help when you need it...or at all - I even contacted the redeemitnow people and no response from them, either.

I just cashed out on Testspin for a $10 Amazon Gift Certificate. Paypal was going to charge a 3% fee to cash out through them. I'm half way there to cash out before another gift certificate.

I have taken many surveys and assumed they credit, went into my account and have not seen any credit since last year. I have written them 10 times since March when I noticed and get a form letter that says they will contact me within one business day. Never heard a thing back. I get tons of surveys and no credit. Beware

Back in November 2014, I had turned in my TestSpin points for a reward to Amazon.

Amazon had a redemption problem that they will not fix.

So, now I am going back to Redeem It Now for the amount of the rewards to Amazon. I have contacted them since December 2014. Here it is now, February 2015.

All I keep getting from RedeemItNow is an acknowledgement that someone will get back with me in ONE business day.

I have even gone back to TestSpin for help. All they did was to forward on the problem to RedeemItNow.

This is a real headache that doesn't seem to end.
