It is awfully hard to know if they pay if you're a member for years (we're talking over four for sure) and can't even earn enough to pay out. I'm unimpressed, but I stick around just in case.

I just took three surveys. Only one was successful. The other two--I completed over 75% of the questions on one and was dq'd; on the other I completed all the questions and at the very end I got the following message "Thank you for your time, however the client has reached their respondent quota for this survey." CHEATS!

I have surveys 8 months old that havent been rewarded back to me. And now customer service ignores my emails, so if I need something I need to call them and all I get is excuses. Its very hard to qualify for surveys and for my entire membership time, about 5 years, I have always had to email and now call to get payment.

They send out a TON of surveys, and you're lucky if you can manage to qualify for 1 ever 2 months. Always the same types of IT and business surveys, which after 2+ years they should be smart enough to stop sending me since I never qualify. Even then, they take forever to credit your points. And what's up with the surcharge to get a PayPal deposit? As soon as I hit the $10 cash out (which will only end up paying me $8.50) I'm canceling my account with them. That'll probably take, ohhh another year or so to be able to qualify for any of their stupid surveys. Stay away!
