Survey Lengths and Frequency
Most online surveys take approximately 12-15 minutes to complete and are straightforward to answer. Surveys that are more complicated or are longer will typically offer more points for completion. You will typically receive somewhere around 2 survey invitations per week.
Earn Reward Points for Each Survey You Complete
For every online survey you complete, you will earn between 500-5000 points. (500 points = 50Rs in India), depending on the survey's length and complexity.
Point Values
500 points equals approximately RS 50, so 3000 points (the minimum amount required in order to cash out) equals Rs 300. In countries outside India, 3000 points equals roughly $6.50 AUD, 60 Rand, 200 Philippine Pesos, etc.
More Ways to Earn Points
If you get disqualified or screened-out of a survey, you will automatically be credited 20 points to your account, just for trying. You'll also have opportunities to earn points through participation in discussion threads, or updating your profile.

Despite numerous attempts to contact The Panel Station for help with various issues, I have had no response from them nor have any of the issues been resolved. Also, around 90 percent of the surveys I end up doing get to about 95% completed then a The Panel Station page pops up to say "Sorry, you do not qualify for this survey". I feel totally used.

the keep offering surveys and when I click on the link I get an error message that I was too quick ?
Pay is very low.

TPS Brazil user for over 1 year, my disappointment with the platform started on 01/16/2019 when a long, properly completed survey was not credited. I made contact at the same time on the website and by email, no response. A similar situation occurred on13 / 02/2019; "smart" error message; of which only appears after a CONCLUDED search.
Again, contact by site and email; in return, neglect, total silence. I find myself a bundle of fighting for so little (what are 2600 points?) But if they do it that way with many, soon, it is not so little and only receive from the companies because of us users. I insisted, I sent an email to TPS Brazil and an unnamed person who answered as "the translator" answered something with total slovenliness that had not raised to solve the problem.
I contacted Borderless ACCESS who answered for TPSBrasil and what a scare I took to see that the company, instead of at least READ MY messages, resolved to say that the points had already been assigned, based on another date, time and research topic. (They pointed out one of the 15/02, was complaining a survey of the day 01/01 and another one of the 13/02). That is, I have been charging the company of its basic counterpart for more than a month; she ignores it and when she decides to respond is rude, and again wrong.
They charge data, they do not even give the name. They take rigor in the answers, but act with negligence; They charge honesty, but they are dishonest. And it still takes time to pay the rewards. I just want to get rid of the site.

Their site have loads of error and always cant load. I have completed several surveys, it wont direct you back to the main site to add pts. That means no pt added after completed the survey cos error. Also, the cs have so many excuse saying this is your own problem and not adding pt at all. I contacted the cs and they are sucks and not helping. I used 20mins to completed a survey, first they said i have completed the survey, they said they have added the pts to my account, i checked it should be 650 pts and only added 20 pts to me. next time they said cos i not matching the criteria. 3rd time, they said sometimes this is the site issues. I just done some survey on this site and havent redeem any pts yet. But feel they are lame and not wasting time on them anymore.

I have been a member for a pretty short time, but have had nothing but issue after issue with them, usually when you click on a survey invite you get a message say "you have rushed your answers so are disqualified form this survey, please try again", happens just about every time I get a survey. Now, I am unable to redeem my rewards from them, and they keep sending the same email as reply, saying - delete cache and cookies and try a different browser. I am tired of the rubbish from this site, and warn others not to use it all !! Is there anywhere they can be complained to and made to sort out the issues they are constantly having?
Would be nice to know so I can lodge a formal complaint. Anyone any ideas ?? Please let me know.
update - November 5th, 2018 -
Am still trying to get my redemption from this company, but not having any luck. The latest email from them regarding the issue requests me to upload a photo of my drivers license, hiding my address, license number etc., but they still want my face and date of birth to be visible so that they can verify it is me ?? What a load of rubbish!!
I have been in touch with the Australian company that investigates survey sites, and they are looking into it, not that I'm expecting huge results, but they are well aware of this company from other complaints, so something might eventuate from my lodging a complaint as well.
