Valued Opinions is an online survey panel where members can earn cash and gift cards in exchange for participating in paid surveys and product tests.

Most surveys offer rewards of between $1 and $7 per completion. A minimum account balance of just $10 is needed in order to request a reward.

Joining is Easy

You can register a free Valued Opinions account within minutes - simply enter your name, address, email address and desired password on the registration page. If you prefer, you can link your Facebook account and register using the details stored there.

You’ll be prompted to fill more information in your profile after you’ve registered - and doing so will improve your chances of being eligible for a wide range of surveys.

Complete the Basic Profile, Receive $1.00

After registering with the site, you will be e-mailed an offer to complete your account profile (which takes 6 minutes) in exchange for $1.00. This will help kick-start the number of surveys you will be eligible to complete. After completing the basic profile, you can also complete additional profile information regarding your household, shopping habits, etc. which will help you qualify for even more surveys.

Reward Amounts

Valued Opinions surveys typically reward between $1 and $7, although at times you may be sent unpaid surveys to help with identifying your unique interests. The typical survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete, however the estimated time is always outlined beforehand.

For every survey completion, you will receive "cash" deposited into your account immediately after completing a survey. This can be converted into a wide range of rewards.

Survey Rewards

Your Valued Opinions earnings can be redeemed for the following rewards once a minimum of $10 is collected:

• Magazine subscriptions - 1-year magazine subscriptions to Cosmopolitan, ELLE Decor, Food Network, Magazine Midwest Living, and Women's Health for $15 in rewards.
• Restaurant gift cards - Dominos pizza, Chili's, and Restaurant.com available in $15 or $20 denominations.
• Airline miles - Get 600 Rapid Rewards Points for $15 in rewards, or 825 points for $20.
• Retail gift cards - Options include: Amazon.com, Apple, CVS Pharmacy, Fragrance.net, Macy's, Target, and the Home Depot, each in $20 denominations.
• Pack & Go gift card - this one $25 gift card can be redeemed at a Chevron, Texaco, Airbnb or Southwest.

These rewards apply to USA members, though are very similar in other countries.

Rewards Redemption

Electronic gift vouchers are typically delivered within 24 hours of request. It can take a few weeks for rewards such as magazine subscriptions to take effect and be mailed to your physical address.

More Than Just Surveys!

Valued Opinions offers various types of ways to participate on their panel. Although online surveys are what they primarily offer, you may also be given opportunities to participate in diary studies (which are surveys that span multiple days and involve logging information), and you may be selected to test products from home.

Member Badges

Valued Opinions offers a unique program which involves its more active members collecting "badges" for their level of participation. There are 5 levels that can be achieved with mini tasks that must be completed: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

As your badge levels increase, additional achievement points are awarded, which can be found in the Survey History section. These will display as a 'community achievement'. Bear in mind that you can be downgraded to a lower tier badge if you don’t remain active on the website.

Valued Opinions Monthly Red Cross Donations

Every month, Valued Opinions donates $10,000 of its profits to the American Red Cross. By participating in Valued Opinion surveys regularly, you are helping make the lives of those affected by disaster and emergency all over the world, a little bit easier.

I have been with Valued opinions since September of 2016 and loved them, however they have now decided to claim that my account has been closed due to discrepancies. Not true and they fail to send me proof. Well here we are again two years later and they have once again suspended my account and put them blame on me. It seems that when they can't resolve an issue they blame the survey taker. Just like the first time they told me that I have provided inaccurate information. Bull and they know it. All I asked over and over to be resolved is to update my account with my new number and it kept stating to me that mobile number is already in use.

Ive done so many hours of surveys with these guys and finally wanted to get my earnings. I ordered 2 $20 vouchers. Received one. Looked at funds, it said i had $1.50 left. It somehow took my money and ive done everything to prove to them that i had over $40 worth and they wont give me my money.

valued has been one of the best survey panels for me, with instant payout and a good choice of brands to choose from........but about 6 weeks ago-without any explanation i can not access the surveys? i have been with them 2 years and after contacting them 7 times I've all but given up.
I have been told "they were looking into it, and it would be a few days" (40 days ago) all my other messages have fallen on deaf ears. I had just completed a banking diary and can not even redeem that.
really frustrating as up until the problem the contact was usually within a few days.

Never had a problem before, always paid within 10 business days but I see other are having problems with this as well as myself. Been a long time member so I hope that I do get my rewards. The response from the site itself is pretty generic. We shall see...

SEPTEMBER 2018 UPDATE: They state that they send awards within 10 business days. WRONG. You have to wait longer than that -- sometimes up to 20 business days. The so-called help function is useless.
NEW UPDATE: The same problems persist, PLUS now you finish a survey and click submit, but nothing registers. They say it is still a pending unfinished survey, but there is no way to finish it. Also, surveys you do finish do not get points awarded. Help desk is unhelpful.

UPDATE: Their surveys are not loading properly, and this happens often. They just sit there. You have to send a message for help, and then wait and wait. They use reCaptchas, but they make you go through 8, 9, 10, 11 different ones in succession before you can continue. It makes you want to open your veins in the bathtub. Very frustrating.
You try to take a survey, but the survey says you have to install Adobe Flash. To install Adobe Flash, you have to close your browser. That means you close the survey in doing so. So you close the browser and install Adobe Flash. Then you reopen your browser and try to resume the survey. SURPRISE! The survey is now gone and unavailable because you already opened it and tried to take it before it told you to install Flash. But you told me to do that, and now you penalize me for it? Seriously? This is just?
