Web Perspectives is the Canadian focused survey panel, sister site to the American panel, Valued Opinions, which is operated by Dynata. The panel was started back in 2004 and has a member base of over 250,000 people. In 2018, the Web Perspectives website updated their look and feel with fresh colors and graphics, as they became a Dynata-run panel. If were already a member, your account information stayed the same through this transfer.

Participate in Exciting Research

As a member of Web Perspectives, you may be invited to any of the following research opportunities: online surveys, focus groups, diary studies, reviewing advertising campaigns and even testing new products.

Earn Points for Participating

Each time you complete an online survey, you will be rewarded with 100 - 500 points. Surveys vary in length and complexity, but usually take 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Points are deposited automatically into your account once you complete a survey. If you have participated in a dairy study or focus groups, points may take up to 6 weeks to be credited.

Redeem Towards Gift Vouchers

Once you collect 1,000 points (valued at $10), you may redeem towards your choice of gift voucher to a variety of top retailers. These include: Amazon.ca, Indigo, HBC, Starbucks, The Source and Cineplex. There is also the option to donate your points toward the Canadian Cancer Society or UNICEF and you'll even receive a tax receipt for your contribution!

Choose Air Miles

If you're a collector of Air Miles Reward Miles, you can choose to receive your reward in the form of Air Miles credited to your account. You will have to provide your Air Miles Collector number in order to receive your miles.

Web Perspectives offers a unique program which involves its more active members collecting "badges" for their level of participation. There are 5 levels that can be achieved with mini tasks that must be completed. The five levels are listed from lowest to highest.

I get survey's from this company almost daily and have qualified for every single one. I have regularly for the past 1 1/2 yrs. been receiving a minimum $10./month...I can always count on having $ when I need it from this company.

I'm a member of 10 survey companies, and Web Perspectives is by far the best. I have made over $50, and they pay $10 per payment into my PayPal account. I just finished a survey that paid $7, which was the highest I've ever seen so far.

I would recommend this site because the rewards are fair compensation. I get about 15 surveys a month and honest answers to the survey questions pay off. I have been recieving the Air Miles option for about 2 years. Personally I have had a good response from the customer service and I am happy to be part of a Canadian company. by Eleanor

This is a great survey site. The incentives are very good and it doesn't take long at all to get a $10 PayPal payout. It does sometimes take a while to get credit for your survey but at least the site shows you what's pending right after completing a survey. One drawback I find is that if your surveys crashes or you accidentally hit your browsers back button, the survey is lost and you can't start again or continue - so make sure you're careful and complete your surveys to avoid lost time but otherwise well worth your while.

I receive lots of surveys and the point rewards are good (200 or more per survey). The one downside, as others have mentioned, is the long time it takes to get your credits. They often stay in "pending" status for months. To be fair, I have always received my points eventually. Customer service response varies. Sometimes I email about long pending credits and get a fairly prompt reply. Sometimes no reply.
