Survey Lengths
The length of each online survey varies, but most are between 5-15 minutes long. Surveys are rarely longer than 20 minutes, as this is considered a maximum. Pros:
* Interesting topics if you're into politics and what is going on in the world
* Easy to earn points
* Great interface
* Surveys are generally short and sweet
Cons
* I stopped doing them for a while because I had to email them several times to get one gift card that I claimed but never received and looking at other reviews this seems to be a common issue

I generally like most of what this service offers, but... their customer service is awful (takes forever [months, if not half a year]) and there's a good chance you will never get your reward. (which means they get everything, you get nothing for your time) Early last fall, I redeemed an Amazon gift card. I sent them an email sometime in the winter asking them where my reward was. Fast forward to about Jan 2017 where I directly sent them an email through their contact us section. asking where my reward was, again. In mid March... I finally got a message, which I was asked to send them my address. I sent it to them that day. Last Mon (May now), I sent them another email saying I still haven't gotten a response on my last email. The very NEXT day:
"In regards to your reward, our records indicate that it was delivered and not returned. Please note, it isn't customary for us to resend a reward once we have confirmation that it was delivered.
Regards,
Panel Team"
My address was correct in the first place and it was never delivered to my home. If they would've responded right away with 'it may have been lost in the mail, stolen, delivered to the wrong place' or some other thing, I might have accepted that fact, but... they took forever to respond in the first place which makes them look sketchy as heck. Or just a very bad customer service division. Suffice to say, I don't recommend them at all, unless you just want to do surveys with no actual reward and don't want to mess with their customer service.

I have no serious complaints about YouGov; no raves, either. I get a survey or two a month, and can't log in, so I couldn't access it even if I wanted to. When there's a survey I am logged in, and I see I have enough points for something. But I don't like the fact that it's 35,000 for only a $15 Amazon card. Why? For 25,000 points they give larger values for other items. I don't need a Michaels card, a Home Depot one is also fewer points -- but I've forgotten, and can't log in to check. When I emailed about getting a message about a Captcha code I needed, there was one reply unrelated to the question. Still, it's really the low Amazon values that bother me.

the survey company is getting bad. The posted phone 1-650-319-0702 never had been answered, messages had not been returned. Another phone, 1-650-462-8000, prompts for the extension, but not possible to access Kelly Connor message box. E-mails to support desk were answered before by Greg, in kind of rude way, non willing to solve the problems. Site advertises 2000 or 1000 point, but at the end gives 500, happens 3 times. Even, after screen shot were provided, no correction.Greg replied, as he did me a favor by giving me 500 points once. Asked for his supervisor e-mail or phone, but he refused to provide. In March company advertised 4000 bonus points for the referrals, but had delay for first referral and no points for the second one yet. Promise was in first week of April. Good company is going down because still excessive points for reimbursement and terrible customer service.
