I CLEARLY SEE WHY !!! I WAS GETTING OVER 10 SURVEYS A DAY (MON-FRI) SO I THOUGHT I WAS RACKING UP A LOT OF POINTS(FAST).WELL I MADE IT TO 1000 IN 3 WEEKS. WOW !!! SO I ZOOOOOOOMMMED OF TO GET MY REWARD.I ALMOST FELL OUT THE CHAIR..DO THEY THINK WE ARE STUPID !! NO "GIFT CAEDS" THAT MEAN YOU ARE LOCKED INTO "ZOOMREWARDS"..THEY CAN REALLY HAVE THE 1000 BACK..AND THERE "ZOOM GARBAGE REWARDS"..HOW WOULD THEY LIKE IF SOMBODY PAID THEM WITH "BOOKS"

I had over 4,000 points and couldnt log on do to not have internet and pc problems and just had a baby section in Nov now that I have another pc and all I tried to log into my account and they said reactivate/canceled okay so i reactivated and to what a empty account they deleted my points all of them I earned those points not to reactivate and then have them taken away its not a new account so whats the problem with this site I liked it before now not sure at all if I will ever go back again unless they give me back my points

I've been using ZoomPanel for 5 years and I've never had a problem. I earn anywhere from 50-150 points per survey and on average get roughly 2 surveys per day. Some of the surveys are long and annoying and not worth the reward, however others are well worth it. Some surveys lead to free products being sent to your home to try. I've received full size tubes of toothpaste, coffee creamer, plastic wraps, coffee, salad kits, etc. I've never had a problem with receiving my points. I also like that I can pick from various prizes in their catalog. I've gotten all kinds of kitchen appliances (cookware, food processors, scales, knife blocks, blow-up mattresses) all of which are name-brand products. I recently turned in 7,500 points for a Hamilton Beach 10-cup Food Processor, which would cost me upwards of $50 in a store, and I got it free just for doing surveys. I've also never experienced any barrage of spam emails due to ZoomPanel, so not sure if they sell your email address or not.

I have been a member since June 2010 and have received DVDs such as The Virgin Suicides, Miller's Crossing, Hudson Hawk, Aviator and Rocket Science. Movies which I would have to spend anywhere between $7-10 each at a retail store. So Zoom can be a moneysaver for film buffs who are on a tight budget. They do have a receptive cutstomer service and if in case a customer takes a survey and does not receive his points he can always file a complaint. Normally, it takes about 3-5 business days for ZoomPanel to get back to you and reward you your alotted points. This has happened to me in the past. Overall, taking surveys with ZoomPanel has been a very rewarding experience. And I have been surprised at how quickly my movies have arrived in the mail when I order them.

This is one of the old school panels where you get points that add up to being able to order something out of their catalog. If you like what they have in their catalog, it's great. The surveys are pretty well designed, I almost never test out and the points add up pretty fast. I usually cash out when I have enough for a novel, and they mail it to me fast. Once, I saved up for a food processor and got it on time and in good condition. Never had a problem with them. You might want to look over their catalog for yourself before investing your time, but for me, they have a good selection of products worth putting in the survey time to get. Every once in a blue moon you can get to test a sample from them, too, and they're good samples most of the time.
