Zoom Panel has been great for me. I receive surveys daily, I like their website, and I received my reward within days. They also have a huge assortment of rewards...like a Sears catalog's worth. I am happy when I have an email from them in my inbox.

I have the same problem as previously reported - I can log in (on the .net site, not the other one). If I attempt to view my points I get the "invalidtoken" or "Content Encoding Error", so I have been effectively filling in surveys for NO REWARD. Avoid until they fix this.
Not bad...but a long process for rewards

After being with this company for atleast 3yrs, I'd say it was - not bad sofar.
I accidently joined up on the US website, even though I'm Canadian. I earned points and cashed it in for a widescreen edition dvd of the movie Blood Diamonds.
My order was originaly cancelled, but after I complained nicely they opted to go through with th deal. I've had hthe dvd for like 2 yrs now and still not watched it yet and it came out on tv just a few months ago, hehe!
I was then switched over to the Canadian version of Zoom Panel - WOW, the rewards are few and quite crappy. I've earned about 1,200 points since I got the dvd and I'm hoping to soon reach 2,000 tokens to get me a 2Gig SD Digital Camera media card worth $10. But overall rewards wise it's like $5/yr which is only +20% to my experience with SurveySavvy!

Of all the survey sites I belong to, Zoom Panel is one of the best. I have cashed out my points several times and ordered free merchandise from their HUGE catalog of items. I would definitely recommend them!

Don't bother with this one unless you just like to waste your time. Their surveys are extremely long & extremely boring. You have to complete like eleventy million(alot!)surveys just to earn 1000 points to qualify to get a low-level-1000-point reward.....So not worth it! It's like- "Gee, I just took 30 surveys for you...can I have my fifty cents that you owe me now?"
