Yes I have done surveys for 5 surveys for awhile now and came to learn that the BBB has sent them mail they have returned the screenouts is getting old people can't keep wasting there time doing them some of us can't get a regular due to health reasons and have to make money if I could I would not the best survey company out there either.

When I went to sign up I put in what I wanted for my password and I got the error message that it was the wrong password, so the website is having issues with thinking I have an existing account of which I previously have not had an account with 5 surveys. I tried to contact them and encountered someone that has no business talking to people. Personally or professionally They were beyond rude and disrespectful. After I was finally about to sign up the website would not send me a verification email. The person at customer service continued their snarky attitude problem and proceeded to tell me to "make sure to check that the email I used to sign up is correct". Like what? So in the 2 minutes I signed up I supposedly forgot the email I sign up with? High quality gaslighting. If this is how hard it is to sign up, what's the drama going to be like to get paid. All of the Nope. Wish I could give it zero stars.
