Rewards may vary depending on the study that you complete, but most of the time they come in the form of SPC Points. Points add up quickly, as most surveys pay out around 100 points for your time. Once you have accumulated a minimum of 500 SPC points, you are eligible for redemption.

I have been able to log into my account but every time I try to take a survey I get as far as entering the state I live in and I am brought to a page that says I don't qualify for the survey. So, I searched around the website and cannot find a contact us link. The link that used to work comes up blank now. I did a google search to see if they are still in business and this is what I got:

Shopper VIP community has ** changed its structure**. While it still sends surveys, it no longer functions as a community with member interaction

They still send surveys but there's no community member interaction? I had 2880 points so I requested a $20 and a $5 gift card but I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling that I will ever be getting the money. I didn't even get a confirmation email which is standard with all survey sites.

If anyone knows anything or learns how to contact them, please let me know. I will do the same if I can actually get through.

I thought I was the only one with issues with this site recently. Seeing the most recent review from December 2024 confirms it. I had wanted to redeem some Tango cards for some extra Christmas spending cash but I forgot my password since I rarely log on because surveys are so few I forgot my password. I locked myself out and needed to get a new password. Well I waited 30 minutes, checked my spam and inbox,nothing.

Also, they have non-existent customer service. I tried info@shoppercommunity and the webmaster site krealinks ,even if to hope they pass the word someone was trying to contact them. The site is legit last I checked but no replies makes it feel like it possibly went under or doesn't exist. The name AIShopper community is a hard search as most things with AI are not the same reddit's survey thread has no info on this site. I have used them for years but it feels like I may need to throw in the towel as I have attempted to contacts last month Dec 2024 and this month Jan.2025.

If you are going under tell ppl. Don't be like Sampler (dot) io and not tell folks especially when you ask us of our private information.

It was a great site for awhlie, but I haven't been able to log in to my account for awhile in order to cash out and the emails for an account password reset are not coming through. And yes, I checked my spam. This is not the first time this site has had this issue.

I've been with them a little while and completed their surveys. At the end of each survey there is no way to get to the home page. It's strange. No other survey does it this way that I'm signed up with and I find it a little dishonest. If you can't get to their home page, you can't see how many points you have. I'll have to Google to find Shopper VIP home survey page, I guess. Will not be doing any more.

It was so difficult to use the website to request rewards. Had to contact them. Someone got back to me and said that the problem has been fixed. Requested 2 $10 rewards and 1 $20 reward. Received emails from them for each reward, stating that it takes 7 days to process. It is now day 20 and no response from multiple emails from me.
