I had $30.77 in my account and was thinking about cashing out, when I checked this week it now says I have $16.00 but I have never cashed out anything. I have been emailing but they don't respond to any emails.

I haven't had a problem with this site before, been a member for a few years. Its one of the slower ones, fewer surveys, and takes a long time to get enough to pay out but since its Canadian and they've been legit I stayed a member. Only maybe cashed out 2-3 times ($10 each) over the past 4-5 years, but Im not complaining about that. Complaining because after 1-2 years of saving up and finally having $10 to cash out - I cant. It's worth noting I've cashed out with them before, without problem. Now they require you to "verify" your account with a cell phone number- okay whatever. Except they dont allow you to do so! Get to the page to enter my cell phone to "verify" and I cannot enter anything in! There is no way to bypass this page or enter my info so they can send me a code to be able to check out for a measly $10 Amazon credit. Its like they're hoping to annoy you enough, after waiting ages to get your 10 cents here and there and finally getting $10, so you STILL can't actually get anything. Seriously, fix this and stop screwing people around or you won't have anyone left doing your surveys.

I am a great survey participant. I never rush through and I always give honest, thorough answers. So it's really starting to annoy me that "Canada Talk Now" is constantly revoking survey payments because of allegedly "rushing through" or other trumped up reasons. I have never had this happen with any other survey company, so for it to happen 7 or 8 times here, it's obviously a way for them to avoid paying. Very suspicious!

I originally said this place was pretty good because of all the focus groups I was invited too which paid well. Since then I have contacted support a few times after not getting credited properly and never heard back. They also take forever to credit you in order to cash-out.

Admittedly I haven't had the time to do many of their surveys in the past year but tried to redeem $10 today. They wanted confirmation and requested I use my cell to text confirm or call a number. I checked this number and it's a cell phone in Ohio... I didn't like this process at all, decided to just close up shop here.
