I have been trying to get help from them for 2 months but my emails are rarely answered (all I've ever received are computer generated "thank you for your email, we'll be in touch." I gave them 1 star because the rewards for the surveys are reasonable if they ever change from "pending" to "approved"

This survey company seemed to start out okay, but after over a year with them, surveys are few and far between, and if there is any problem... they do not respond with their Customer Service. Deeply disappointed by the lack of reliability and integrity.

They do no respond to inquiries regarding issues. Took 2 months of calls and emails to finally get them to fix a problem with a reward that wouldn't work. I cashed in for a pre-paid Payoneer Mastercard. Payoneer charges you a transfer fee, a monthly maintenance fee and horrible exchange rate - suddenly my reward was all gone in fees.
