Catch.com has had some good surveys, but I really haven't been given any activity groups to be a part of. They only have a few surveys per month. I think that most of the activity groups are for people that have an established income, rather than rewards for participation.

Dumping this one. All I have done is taken "prelim" surveys. Looks like they promise you points but you just fill our surveys, get nothing and they get the money from the companies.

All you do on this one is to fill out preliminary forms. There is no information about surveys, points rewarded, how to redeem etc. There are better surveys out there. I am not sure how this one was so highly rated.

I am on Catch as well as other communities sponsored or hosted by C Space. I have really liked the ones that I did but there is something fishy.

I get surveys and discussions. I click on link and get an error message. I am referred to the online help desk. I send an email and never ever hear back.

I even get reminder that a survey is waiting for me and try again with the same results.

In another situation, I completed half of the survey only to get an error message. Again, I wrote the help desk and never heard back.

I called the Boston office and was sent to a help desk voice mail. The voice mail suggests going to the on line help desk and says that you will hear back within a hour.

This is very frustrating but also suspicious.

UPDATE: I finally heard back from support. I think I better understand C Space. I am registered with four of their groups. Each group is independent of one another and I have a separate password for each group. The glitch that I described on my survey was actually the final page telling me that I had completed the survey.

C Space is a Market Research Company and their survey sites are different clients. It is confusing how they operate but the groups are interesting and I get small rewards now and then.
