ive been a member for a long time and had one payment from them the second payment didnt come after emailing them regulary i still did not get the payment..i gave up and no longer a member

I think this site is not bad in terms of navigation but my issue with them is that they pay tiny fees for very long surveys. There are definately other sites who would give you about 4 times as much for half the time!

I was a member with ciao surveys and did complete some surveys and built up credit but this took such a long time as i have had the same problems as some others have stated where you answer loads of questions in a survey and then they say your not eligable to be paid for it. This has got to be the most stingy survey site ever. You get quite a few surveys each month but the incentive is ridiculous at $0.93AUD for 25 minutes survey.
0.93 cents? come on, they must think people are really desperate to do half an hour work for less than a dollar. I rather collect cans.

Ciao is definitely a lame survey site. STAY AWAY!
