I experienced log in problems and my complaints were never answered,also payment offered was very poor,sometimes as little as 10p per survey.

It took me a long time to finish the profile and after one year, no any registration. I've canceled it already.

I was asked to fill in a set of profiles (basic, careers etc) but didn't get many surveys at first.
After a while, I started to get one once every 2-3 weeks and they paid out around £1-3, which was great. Recently, I started to get lots of surveys (one every other day) for between 10p & 81p, (occasionally more).
I delete most as I don't have the time to do so many and they aren't worth it . The ones I do are very fussy and ask for quite a lot of questions and reject me most of the time. Some of these questions are not always questions like age, status, but actual questions about the nature of the survey. Sometimes, I've been rejected from surveys 30% through them.
This company used to be really good, but now I'm honestly thinking of cancelling.

Another part of the company allows you to write reviews on products & services, which is really enjoyable, and has a real sense of community. You get points for writing reviews and rating others. Not much money though!
