Digital Reflections took me into their Panel Family not knowing me as I took on the invitation from them. This Survey Panel Organization has kept their word & given me the incentives that they promised on time & they'll give bonuses as long as I keep my part. I just wanted to go on record as one of the satisfied Panel Members to say Digital Reflections Panel is an honest organization.

By invitation only, I think, but they are a great panel if you ever get invited. Plug their meter box into your comp, do a super quick monthly update and earn $200 or so a year. They pay on time, great customer service, easy to earn - 5 stars.

UPDATE: I got kicked off this site for "budget reasons". They "claimed" that they had to cut their budget and I was one chosen to lose my membership because they couldn't afford everybody. Yeah, sure.

At first, it was great. Just set up the meter, put the certificate on the devices using your Internet, and then get paid just by keeping it plugged in and doing a monthly device update. Seemed like an easy $50 every 2-3 months.

Then I started having problems with the meter. The first time, it was a relatively easy fix. The next time, a few months later, it was more of a hassle. The final time, less than a week after that, it was unfixable. That was essentially what they told me; they had no more solutions, even over the phone, so they were resigning my account. They told me that they have no system in place to send out replacement meters, so they were just going to resign my account. (The member representative also said that they had sent me an email saying as much, but I had not received any with that information by the time they returned my phone call.)

Don't get me wrong, the money was easy and great while I was able to get it. The customer service was also as helpful as it could be under those conditions (except for saying they sent me an email that I hadn't gotten yet). However, their system of operations really needs to be updated. There needs to be a way to send out replacement meters so that members aren't punished when the meter, the one the PANEL sent, stops working. It's just not fair that there's no way for members to continue when their first meter stops working. (At least, that's what they told me; I'm not sure about anyone else's experiences with that.)

They also need to have a better withdrawal system. You can only take out a value which is AT LEAST $50, so if it's any lower than that and they resign your account, you just lose that money with no way to redeem it.

If you join, you can get good and easy money from it. However, it might cause you a headache down the road if the meter starts having problems and that they could drop you with only a day's notice as a result.

In a year I earned 260.00 and collected 250.00. I get rewards every quarter, too. It's nice to get 50.00 in my Paypal account every three months.

Used to be good. Now they are canceling accounts randomly because of budget cuts. Not worth signing up anymore. This is my email from them.

 
Dear Daniel:

Recently, there have been budget cuts which require us to reduce the size of the Digital Reflection panel. To accomplish the reduction fairly, we selected households at random to resign from the panel. Unfortunately, your household was one of those randomly selected to be resigned from the panel.  

We appreciate your contributions to the Digital Reflection panel and truly regret that funding issues require us to take this step. We will resign you from the panel on Friday, October 13th.

Between now and October 13th please be sure to log in to the website, www.digitalreflectioncenter.com and redeem any eligible rewards.  A $50 reward balance is the minimum amount that can be redeemed for a reward.  Amounts under $50 have no cash value.  After October 13th, your account will be closed and all rewards forfeited.

We will be in touch soon about returning your internet meter. The return process is easy and convenient and all shipping costs are prepaid.
