So I got this meter last year and have already cashed out twice now. If your meter doesn't transmit they let you know the following day. They will even call you if you email them and need help. I haven't had issues with them. Highly recommended.

Fair warning, you can only cash out at $50 and they will suddenly cut you off when you reach close to that cash out goal without warning and when you imply why it's not letting you login anymore, they will send "well we had to make budget cuts and randomly pick people who's services we didn't longer need"...which I replied that that was pretty convenient with me being a week away from cashing out pretty much.., get to monitor all your online activity in the meantime and you get nothing in the end.

I never even got to get started. They sent me the unit and I installed it but it was getting no power. I emailed support and got no response. The next day I called and got a lot of questions about my router, ip address etc. They said they had to escalate the issue. It's blatantly obvious that if an electronic device isn't getting power it's either a faulty unit or a faulty power supply/ac adapter. After a month they send me an email basically citing an incompatibility issue, saying tech support couldn't resolve the problem and that they will be removing me from the panel and they want their unit back. I don't feel compelled enough to exert my energy walking to the mailbox. Maybe they can have their tech support come to my house and pick it up if they can figure out how to turn the power on on their GPS.

IF you don't take your money out, and your connection is interrupted, you lose all the money that is in the account so in other
words..... they got all my information for a year FREE!!! and want their meter back.......

So if you want to sign up take your money and run on no you can't you have to have to pull out $50 dollars at a time.

joined for about year meter ,and it was working fine until either a power surge or LIGHTNING struck and messed up the meter,they will NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE IT.....
so since THEIR EQUIPMENT IS DEFECTIVE/FAULTY I am being KICKED OFF the panel!!
I guess at least the money I earned,I may get to use... since I just redeemed,and they sent email and called stating "NO REPAIR OR REPLACE METER!!"
if u can keep meter going it easy money,BUT USE CAUTION as I noticed another reviewer on here stated they KICKED them off,without them being able to get the rewards.,
