Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

After spending over a year collecting over 30000 points to save for a holiday I had finally planned the trip and thought all I had to do was log on and redeem my points. But once I tried to log in to my account I was told that my account had been inactivated and I had to contact the customer service to get it activated again. Two weeks after contacting them I finally received an email saying that my account had been suspended because of a lack of attentiveness (which is untrue) and accuracy in survey responses (which is plainly bizarre). Basically they robbed me of all of the points I had gathered for over a year, wrongfully accused me of a lack of integrity and dishonesty and stole hours of my time, effort and energy for their own profit. Not to mention that I never once received any of the rewards that I did use points for. I spent 8000 points to receive 1000 avios on my British airways account, waited for months for the avios to be accredited to said account and then contacted the customer service team to ask them for help and give me the reward I had paid for. After waiting for months I finally got an answer saying that they would pass the issue on to the party responsible for such matters and that they would get back to me soon... I am still waiting for that reply and now it will obviously never arrive. Do not waste your time with e-rewards! They will probably rob you as they have me and so many others on this review site. There are much better sites to use that are authentic and can be trusted.

90% of the time, after spending time in the same repetitive questions about age, gender, etc, the message "Unfortunately, your responses do not meet the criteria required to fully qualify and complete this study" comes out. WASTE OF TIME.

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED NUMEROUS TIMES DUE TO THEIR LACK OF SECURITY, SOME KEEPS TAKING $70 WORTH OF MONIES OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TO BUY $25 MACYS GC, I HAVE TOLD THEM PRIOR THAT I ONLY USE $25 STARBUCKS YET THEY ALLOW THIS TO KEEP HAPPENING TO MY ACCOUNT. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CLIENTS SAFETY AND SECURITY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I did a dog food study and completed the follow-up. Later, I did another another follow-up survey for this dog food with a $44 reward. It has been almost 2 months now and customer service just gives me the run-around and I still do not have the $44.

Become the pits, like their partner site Valued Opinions. Surveys offered either you don't match (so why are we pestered to keep profile up to date?), or bomb you out part way through.
Keep clear, save unnecessary stress!
