Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

e-rewards e-trick?

May 11, 2017 by max from United Kingdom

I have been using e-reward from long time, years. First of all, it is not worth the time: rewards are too small. If you want to participate to this surveys to collect air miles, it would take you years even if you complete all the surveys invitation sent to you.
Second: more and more it happens that I open an invitation to a survey, I go through the pre-survey question, then I start the survey... I go on answering all the question for 15 - 20 min, and the... the page saying "I don't qualify for the survey" appears, or...the page saying "we received too many replies" appears, so no points. Unfair to say the least, or I would rather use the word "fraudulent", because it feels like been taken for a ride. Unsubscribed.
Consider these company get good money from their clients who commission surveys. They get us for the surveys and pay much less than peanuts!
I have been invited in the street to participate in survey and I have been awarded with UK £5 or Euros €5 !!

It's okay

May 8, 2017 by Maria from United States

Pros
* Can get JetBlue miles which at least I think is awesome
* You get pretty high rewards for surveys

Cons
* Not easy getting matched with a survey
* Hard to actually finish a survey without it deciding you were not a good match after you started the survey
* Surveys can be long and boring and it's hard to stay motivated to actually finish them

account re-activated

May 6, 2017 by Matt from United States

Like many others here, I had my account de-activated at the beginning of April. I had only opened the account a week earlier. After I sought an explanation, the initial reason I received was inactivity. That was obviously a joke, since I'd had the account for a week, and had completed a few surveys in that time.

When I challenged that reason, I was told that there were "discrepancies". I challenged that too. After a few weeks of back-and-forth through Twitter messaging (normally about a week between responses from them), my account was re-activated, my rewards dollars restored, and I've been able to complete surveys for about two weeks. The second I got to the $100 threshold today I redeemed them with my preferred travel partner, and those points are already in my rewards account.

I like them for the variety of redemption options, and I do think that despite their somewhat misleading Rewards Dollars valuation that you do get a decent return for the amount of effort put in. But I found their cancelling of accounts incredibly sketchy, and I would not recommend this site without some major caveats.

If you've had your account cancelled, I recommend Twitter. That did seem to work for me, using forceful but respectful tone.

Deactivated Account

May 3, 2017 by Ke from United States

I thought it was just me until I found this site. All of a sudden I was deactivated.....no warning or anything.....and for what! They said the lack of activity - negative!I just redeemed for points and miles as well as Best Buy; etc. No matter how many times I emailed them as per their request, I still haven't heard back from them. $900 gone! Extremely weak!

Had my account suspended for no reason?

May 1, 2017 by Daniel from United States

Was a survey panel member for E- rewards for many years. The main reward that I took advantage of (a GameStop gift card) was raised to a higher level to receive after short time of me redeeming for it. Then it was changed to where you could only redeem for it once a quarter! The last straw was that they suspended my account for no legitimate reason, only saying that I violated terms? I always answered truthfully and earnestly on every survey, and it many times to a large amount of surveys to earn enough currency to be able to redeem for an adequate prize. I guess I redeemed too much from them? I don't have any other answer. Oh well.
