Payment and Rewards
Earn e-Rewards
Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.
Prizes
e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.
Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency
In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.
e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.
You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Since some of you had the same situation that I had I figure I would share my story. All of the sudden in 2016, I notice I wasn't getting anymore surveys from E-Rewards and I could not get into my account. Like one person wrote, I have also been with this company for many years and cashed out a few times. At one point I stopped doing surveys after my big cashout for gift cards at a restaurant. Then I started again to build up points. I had to call them several times because one lady I spoke with didn't know why my account was gone. She said sometimes they do audits and then remove accounts. So I called a third time and told the lady I do not understand why no one is calling me back. I then received an e-mail today stating that my account had "discrepancies" so they had to close it. I just replied back (waiting on a response) asking what are the discrepancies? I know how to take surveys and I have been doing them for years. I am very honest and take this work seriously. If there are any discrepancies, then they should contact me instead of keeping the money I've earned and closed my account. I do plan to report them to BBB. I take surveys from many companies and never have a problem except for this one and Harris Poll which did the same thing. Except Harris just "deactivated" it and said I closed it. LOL. If I were you I would contact BBB. It makes no sense that this company can use people. They were ok in the beginning so I do not know why they turned to a cheating, disgraceful company. I know this, what goes around comes around. I may even try to find the corporate number and complain.

This company de-activated my acct after racking up several points. Their response: We have reviewed your account and we have identified several discrepancies in your account details and/or survey activity that are in breach of our terms and conditions. We regret to inform you that under such terms, we have had to suspend your account permanently. You will no longer be able to take surveys and claim rewards from our website going forward.

Just like many others on here my account is also saying inactive. And no reply's from so called customer support other than the automated acknowledgement of my request for help. Noticed this comes from Australia. Bit strange I thought as I am in UK. Guess its goodbye to 25000 plus points

Have deactivated my account due to "inactivity", I only completed my last survey with them 5 days ago so wouldn't say I was inactive! Have messaged them but am expecting them to have stole over 4000 points I had on my account like other people have said. Don't even bother with this company - complete snakes!
**Updated 21/04/17 - I upgraded this review from 1/2 a star to 1 star as I got my account back and was able to cash-out quickly. However this took almost a month of chasing, emailing and messaging on facebook before anything was done. I think this is total lack of customer service, without their members taking time out of their day to fill in surveys they are nothing. Now I have my points I am pleased - but won't be filling in surveys for them again. I will stick with the survey companies that treat me as a valued member.

I noticed that I wasn’t getting surveys lately, so I went onto the website to try to log in and got a message that my account was inactive. When I contacted member services I was sent a message saying that my account was permanently closed because it was alleged that member services had reviewed the account and determined that I had violated some policy. I sent in a dispute and have not received a response…all in all, I think erewards isn’t worth it if this is how they treat their member panels (and I had amassed over 300 points that I now cannot access)…
