FF Focus Group pays for members to participate in online, mobile surveys, in-person focus groups and phone interviews. Join today by completing a profile, and start making money right away. Earn up to 2,500 points ($2.50 value) just for filling out a short profiling questionnaire.

Rewards

For in-person interviews, phone interviews, or online bulletin boards and other types of longer commitment projects, compensation ranges based on the study requirements, though typical rewards are between $100 - $300. For an online or mobile survey, awards are typically between 1,000 -5,000 points which equates to $1-5 per study. There is also the opportunity to be entered in the monthly sweepstakes, with the chance to win up to 250,000 points.

Note that all marketing research projects compensate participants for their time and opinions.

In-Person Studies

Participants typically receive cash, a check or a gift card at the end of in-person participation.

Telephone & Multi-Session Online Surveys

Payments are made via check 6 to 8 weeks after completion of a study.

Single-Session Online Surveys

Upon completion of a survey, points are usually posted immediately to your member account. Accumulated balances may be withdrawn by the participant once their account balance reaches 20,000 Points. Payment will be made in the form of a check mailed to the address in your profile.

Online Survey Sweepstakes

Every participant that takes an eligibility screener receives 1 entry per survey to the monthly sweepstakes. If a survey is completed, you may receive additional entries as part of the compensation. The sweepstakes runs from the 1st of each month until the last day of each month, when FF Focus Group chooses 7 participant names at random.

How Often Can I Participate?

Each client with FF Focus Group has different requirements of length between studies. Survey companies can ask anywhere from 3 months to a year between participation in studies. This does not count towards any online surveys.

I did a survey study for them for $175, after completing this study and receiving a date for my Payment after stating my payment had been sent out, they said all of a sudden I hadn't completed it I sent video screen recording proof that I indeed had completed it and then they sent me a screenshot of a group im not in, after looking over the groups release forms and seeing that the names didn't match those to the names on the screen i was then told the people in the pictures were another group, so i said to her thats not proof i didnt do it if thats not even the group i was scheduled for and I provided her with the confirmation of payment and of survey completion that she also stated wasnt proof she changed her story to me several times as shown by the screenshots. Said she was never told I didn't show up so she sent the confirmation of payment and confirmation of completion, none of what she said made any sense and every message made it more clear her company screwed me out of the cash. All I am asking is the $175 that they said they would send me. Even sent a receipt for, although was never sent. Funds for focus is disgusting and goes against there own company's word.

I signed up with them over a year ago and I never qualified for a survey. They can they send an email for a survey you fill out and a min later and all of a sudden the survey is full. How? I also noticed that they will offer cash of a survey and then turn around and send the same survey offering points. Which the response is always, "you already filled the survey." Rip off and a waste of time.

IT HAS BEEN MONTHS OF EMAILS TRYING TO GET MY MONEY OVER $400 OF COURSE I HAVE EMAIL STATING ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED BUT YET THEY WONT PAY!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ,ALL YOU WILL BE DOING IS MAKING THE COMPANY MONEY, YOU WILL NEVER SEE A DIME!

I signed up months ago and responded to email after email. In order to be considered for paid marketing research. You have to answer survey questions. After numerous attempts, being denied, and tons of time wasted. It is very apparent that it is just a ploy to get free data. I would suggest to stay away from this site. While other sites don't really pay that much. At least you are getting something for your time.

They send so many emails with requests to take the surveys and only qualified one time in two years. It’s ridiculous when you go 20 minutes into the survey, are told you qualify and they get all your information and then you either never get called or never emailed. Its a real class act when they switch and bait you into going all the way through and then disqualify you at the end with a “sorry your group has been filled”. It’s obvious the information collected is being used by survey squad or should I say focus forward in making money off of our time and information collected and then disqualified. It’s disheartening and wrong.
