Joining is easy and it pays! By joining the HCD Survey consumer panel, you will be invited to participate in surveys regarding your specific interests and concerns.

HCD Survey Point System

The point system for this panel is very simple: $1 is equal to 100 points. For example, if you have 750 points in your account, this equals $7.50. Points are always redeemed for cash and can be cashed-out once 1000 or more points are earned ($10+). Expect your check to come in the mail within 6-8 weeks.

Earnings per Survey

The amount of points collected per survey depends on the project. On average, the range is $1 - $5 per survey completed. Sometimes there will be no incentive when you participate in a study, but this will be brought to your attention beforehand. If you get invited to a survey, but the quota is full once you go to participate, you will be awarded with 10 points.

Increase your Survey Invites

Most members receive about one survey invite per week, but to ensure you are getting all of your invites, HCD offers the option to join the safe sender list. This program leads you through instructions to ensure none of your survey invites are ending up in your spam folder instead of in your inbox!

Refer-a-Friend Program

Help your friends take advantage of earning rewards for completing surveys! There is an option to "Refer a Friend" within your member account that includes a personal referral link that can be sent out.

I like others it seems got close to the 1000 pay out and then no longer got any survey invitations. I have emailed them twice (last year and year before) asking if they were still in business and sending surveys since I had not gotten any in over a year now but received no response. looking at the few reviews that are here I see I am not alone with this happening. I would not recommend this survey site at all.

I have been with them for over 5 years and reached about $8 in my account. Then, I suddenly stopped receiving survey invites altogether. Therefore, I doubt I'll be able to reach the $10 threshold limit to cash out. Untrustworthy company and they don't seem to be legit.

I have not gotten any surveys since January 2015. I just logged into my account and made sure all of my information was current.

I have been a member for 5 years and have attempted every survey offered but have only managed to reach minimum cash-out ($10) once. As I got closer to being able to cash out for a second time, the number of surveys offered has dropped even further. I have been offered only one survey in the past 13 months. They do not respond to any of the emails I send to them. Definitely a site to avoid.

I updated my info and had forgot about this panel, but saw there was over $40 in my account! Needless to say, I'm pleased right now. Wish they would send more surveys, but I'm optimistic now that I updated my profile to include my baby I had this year :)
