Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

I redeemed 500 points for a $5 Amazon.ca gift card, but the code didn't work. Instead it said the code had already been redeemed on another account. Pretty disappointing. Would be great if I got compensated for it.

I attempted to redeem for a 5 dollar gift card after completing about 3 hours worth of surveys. This does not seem like an efficient use of time and did not work in the end anyways. very disappointed. Read the other 1 star reviews before signing up.

I turned in points and never got my gift card that was August 14, 2023. I have sent them emails no reply and I still have not gotten my payment.

UPDATE: after this review i screen printed the response sent it to the company it took 3 more weeks but they finally paid me. However never gave me any explanation why this happened and i no longer can use them after 4 years. Tip would be cash out small so you dont go through what i did.


I have been with Isay for almost 4 years, no big life changes, I have been honest changing address and phone number when I moved even. I usually cash out between 10/15 bucks. However i did a $50 survey and got $57.09 in account went to cash out and the canceled my account saying i no longer qualified and keeping my 57 dollars. No explanation. I qualify for the client but not them now that they have my money. I am very confused and frustrated, my advice cash out small. I wrote them another email with no reply, Survey Police should lower the rating as far as this happening to others also i read online reviews.
