Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address and your phone number to complete your registration. Membership is free and available to adults in most major countries.

Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Once you have just 500 i Say points (worth $5) in your account, you can redeem your points for rewards. Rewards options include (but may vary based on location and availability):

Ipsos iSay App

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

You can expect to receive at least one survey per month, though you may receive many more if your profile details match with new surveys as they become available. The Ipsos iSay survey panel has millions of members and is legitimate. Although members may experience various levels of success taking surveys on the platform, the site is legit is not a scam by any means. It is safe to use and does not sell user data to third parties.

You owe me money! I have repeatedly emailed with no response. I completed their market research (Bambino Baby Care Journal). I'm owed $50. They tried to send the redemption option through Digital Prepaid Solutions and that company is a total scam (see all the reviews online). They have not processed my digital gift card request and no one will respond. It seems Ipsos is happy for people to do research for them but then not care about their rightful payment. They ignore you if you ask about your payment for the work you did for them.

One thing that is very consistent with this panel is that the so-called "incentives" that they offer (that word is actually supposed to convey meaning) are miserably and pathetically inept. A survey will be downright miserable it is so long and has so many questions, only to find out at the end that you got a whopping 75 cents. I have gauged some surveys to determine that they pay you about 10 cents to answer pages and pages of questions for a single product. I'm sure Ipsos is making a LOT of money off of their panelists.

The cardinal sin, though, is when they contact you and go through hoops to schedule a special activity that takes place in an evening, for which you have to allocate a few hours of time, only for you to allocate that time and join the activity and be told that it is full and they won't be needing you to participate. Worse yet is that Ipsos offers you a big fat ZERO for your having wasted all of that time and effort. Even worse, again, is when you contact them about it, multiple times, and they give you canned answers that have no relation whatsoever to the issue, and then they just ignore you.

Thank you for your canned response, Ipsos. You ignored what I said about getting invited to an evening discussion group and getting removed at the moment the group discussion began, after having already gone through multiple levels of questions, phone calls, and being scheduled, and setting aside time in an evening to participate, and not being offered any incentive whatsoever, and then being ignored when I report issues to customer service. I wonder what kind of canned reply you will have to that?

I really love this app. The surveys are pretty simple too. So far I have redeemed my points towards a 10$ gift card to amazing and 10$ visa gift card. I have only had this app for a few months too. I’m glad I found it.

I was a member of ipsos-isay for over 20 years. In that time I've done hundreds and hundreds of studies, home product tests, video conference opportunities and other projects. I felt like I was a loyal panelist to this company. This week without any warning, they terminated my account. They gave the standard canned email like others have gotten that their clients needs changed and I was being terminated. While I can understand that, what I am outraged about is that I had $250 in rewards from recent studies that I cannot redeem. I did the work and earned these rewards and you would at least think that a company as large as ipsos would be more professional about at least compensating panelists for their earned time. I think it is despicable on their part. I guess I have little recourse except filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and perhaps contacting some of their clients about the shady practices of essentially stealing earned money from panelists. The lesson is to frequently cash out your rewards as soon as possible with any panel because you never know when they will terminate you. Contacting their customer service seems to be pointless.

8/2/23 Just as a follow-up, they did agree to cash out my account balance with an Amazon gift card so I did appreciate that. This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous because I still can participate on many other panels which use Ipsos surveys and those are accepted. Yet I was terminated directly from this panel. And to top it off, after my account was terminated, I was sent a product sample to evaluate, which is pointless now. Oh well.

Ipsos isay blocked my account without any reason, because I did not do anything that violates the terms. In my opinion, this is unfair
