Rewards not as stated

January 3, 2019 by sarah from United Kingdom

Had enough points with this site & it USED TO BE A VERY GOOD SITE . Saw £5
( UK ) Amazon voucher at 490 points & clicked to redeem . Got voucher code & tried to redeem ... but not available . ! Despite contacting customer support told item not available for certain users ! This is totally misleading & this product is still available on the website . !

Please be aware that this may mislead people in good faith , who think rewards are genuine ! Very very disappointed with response so I say avoid this site !!

Did not pay out

December 26, 2018 by Latece from United States

I did a survey similar to one of the other users where I had to download a app for a month long while it kept track of what I was doing in the background, and I would have to complete two additional surveys for $5, and the month long app would payout $30 making that a total of $35. After finishing, and completed I received a email stating that I completed the download, and it would be deactivated, and I could uninstall it, and I would receive my incentive with in a week ,That was on november the 21st , I reached out to them again in december, and was told on the 7th I would receive my incentive in a week tops which would have made that on the 14th. I have not been paid nor have I heard from anyone again. I definitely would not participate in anything like this again or anything else. It does not help to send a message because even after a long time when I finally got a response they still did not pay.At this point it just seems like lip service, and no action.

Reasonable compensation

December 16, 2018 by Charlotte from United Kingdom

I've used this site for about 6 months, and the rewards are fairly reasonable. It often happens that when you start a survey, you're rejected after a few demographics questions (which is a big reason I'm only giving it 3.5 stars. it can be frustrating) - but they at least give you 'points' for trying, which are used to obtain rewards (Amazon gift cards, vouchers, Tesco gift card, prepaid debit card... there are lot of options).

They have removed some of the lower reward tiers in the last couple of months though, which is disappointing. Still, you can cash out from £5, and the time spent vs points earned is pretty fair. This is a site I'll keep on using.

Late Screenouts - be aware avoid

November 24, 2018 by Alan from United Kingdom

I only complete surveys for this site through other panels but to date have never been able to complete a survey. I attempted to complete one today which asked hundreds of questions about my consumption of products over a week and a particular day. After 15 plus minutes they decided I was not appropriate for the study. Market research in my mind is clearly a massive timewasting exercise and these panels are clearly making money on all this compiled data. I feel that this company is the worst of the panels operating in the UK. This is a shame as I always respected this firm and was checking out with a view to registering but now there is no chance I would. Be aware avoid them.

Problematic

November 17, 2018 by Brooke from United States

I really liked Ipsos-Isay, at first. I was very diligent about taking their surveys. Like all surveys I am honest.I liked their FaceBook page & followed wherever I could follow. I comply to their rules but I am human. I have made a couple of mistakes during surveys usually when I am up late & half asleep at the computer. Im sure I am not the only one but after I got an email about some changes to their site & that I complied with I had took a 6 month hiatus from the internet. Upon my return I had noticed I stopped receiving emails. I went to log in & their site would give me an error message. I took the steps to retrieve username & password but I kept getting an error message. I emailed the help desk. They just told me that my email was in the system but I kept getting a no email found message. I finally decided to join with a different email address since I really didn't get any help. Things were going fine until I followed on Twitter & liked their FaceBook page. All of a sudden I stopped getting survey emails. Which only leads me to believe that they are biased. They are deciding not to send surveys or delete memberships without any type of notice. I am sorry for the very long review but I always thought survey sites were suppose to be unbiased about their demographic.
