Been member for ages, done surveys - granted they are not hundreds, but I did complete them! However, all of a sudden I thought I would cash in what I had earned for Xmas - then unable to log in at all! Could still do surveys no probs - helpdesk (not helpful at all!), keeps saying its my not updated browser (which I update regularly!) and they cant help me!! What!! Strange that I can STILL do the surveys using the same - updated - browser BUT cant get into my account to spend my points! Then suggested change password - DID this and it still didn't work! it appears the site was in a loop and kept asking for yet another password ad infinitum! What is going on here? It cannot be beyond their wit to fix a log in problem surely without the user having to go through hoops every time! Over to you iSay!

Very few surveys available so rewards are few and far between

When I signed up with this survey site 18 months ago, I received a steady flow of surveys. However, over the past 6 months the flow has become a small trickle. Don't know why. My surveys are always accepted. There just aren't as many surveys around on this site which is disappointing.

While it is possible to get rewards from this bunch of amateurs, it will take a long time, especially if one is older than 70. They used to give actual plastic pre-paid VISA cards, but now only virtual VISA is available. Amazon.ca gift cards are available, and do work OK. The main problem with this site is that they will say there are surveys waiting for you, but when you try them, they are not available. In short, this survey site is generally a waste of time. Stay away!
