I have been a member for many years. I recently noticed that I was not receiving anything and when I attempted to sign into my account it said it was inactive!
I immediately asked them to look into it and their response was that they noticed some contradictions in my answers. They said that these discrepancies affected the accuracy of their survey results. As a consequence they were obligated to deactivate my membership.
I feel this is totally unfair and would like to see concrete evidence of these discrepancies.
I also asked them if I would be allowed to rejoin at a later time. No answer yet on that.
I am not sure if I had points to cash out or not!
I am baffled!

Dear Sirs
I did not consign your emails to spam, I simply haven't been responding to them as often as before. My email service does not send a notification to say that a message has been sent to a spam folder, it is shown as being delivered. You wouldn't know if I'd read it or sent it to any other folder, manually or automatically.
I had built up many points over many hours and was waiting to cash in in the near future with vouchers. I had even been collecting loyalty bonuses for my activity. As far as I was aware you simply stopped sending me emails.
Not once did I ever see an email warning me of account closure due to inactivity. This with about twenty pounds of points in my account! A far as I am concerned this was a cynical exercise to save on paying out to someone who had spent hours on your website and accrued a few pounds of points.
To say that I am disgusted is putting it mildly. To say that I am disgusted is putting it mildly. I will make sure that all of my friends are made aware of how poorly you treat loyal members.
Best Regards,
xxxxx

Hello,
We would like to let you know that your account xxx was deactivated and all data was erased since our emails (survey invitations, newsletters) had been labeled as spam, and thus blocked, by your email account. The spam label may have been assigned by yourself, or automatically, as a consequence of your email provider’s security settings. Consequently, as we have a very strict policy against sending unsolicited emails, all details registered for the account have been deleted and no further communication has been sent to you.
Should you wish to rejoin our panel, follow the registration registration link below.
If there are any points to be transferred from your old to your new account, please send us an email request for this one you have successfully signed up.
Best,

Will close your account if you're making too much from them and make up excuses that you're violating their rule. A waste of time.

They normally offer decent payouts when you get directed to them from portal sites. I've tried doing these surveys through several different links. I've also signed up before too.
The way their screening system works seems very strange. Sometimes you will get asked the same question several times during one screening. Note, this is not during different surveys but during the actual sneering process itself.
When the site works, its decent. But they also like to send you tons of emails and as far as I can tell you can't stop receiving them unless you turn off your membership. So there's no "Don't email me option"
I know there are several other sites that do this "Survey Roulette" but its very frustrating to be asked the same question over and over again 10 times that isn't even part of a survey just to finally reach the end and realize there are no surveys.
No, my Race and Gender has not changed in the last 2 minutes. Please stop asking.
Their customer support is down right rude and they do not like to take constructive feedback. They are very stubborn and not sincere at all.
This site normally is high paying when you get linked to it from other sites. However the problem with it is that it will not remember your information even when you are a registered member. It will constantly ask you the same questions even right after you get screened out. Yes several other sites are guilty of this too but this site takes it to a new level.
I almost gave it a one star rating but the only thing saving it from that is the fact they do pay out. But its rare.
As far as I know they do not offer paypal cash out and if you sign up as a registered member they do not offer the option to not receive emails. They tell you if you don't want emails that you have to delete your account.
Its sad that they do not realize by changing a few small things that would cost them very little money they would perform so much better. They are one of several sites that give the online survey community a bad name and they just don't care that they do.
Even Sampilicious is making an attempt to get better because of negative feedback.... and thats saying a lot.

I was a member with this company for a little no time and recently they emailed me and said my account is restricted due to others on my IP address that are also members I dont see how the ismy problem if people I live with join there survey company also, so I had to cancel my member shop because they were not going to send me surveys anymore, very sad I even looked at the terms and conditions and privacy policy nothing there saying there can't be more then one account at the same IP address. So make sure if u sign up no one else in your home does too it's not like I could login to there electronics and check they won't even give me a second chance.
