I-say deactivated my account after being a member for 4 years & their reason was I gave conflicting information during a time I did not take surveys ( I was in the hospital). I did leave 2 stars because they did give me an amazon card for the points I had left.This was one of my favorite sites to take surveys on.

Too much work for payouts, and cut off from surveys for strange reasons.

Earning potentials are very slow with this company. It practically took me half a year to earn $15 alone which is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, the technical issues that have yet to be resolved, restricting you from accessing the site at times. I became so frustrated that I was simply anticipating to cash out just so I could be done with them for good. Do not recommend at all.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year, and during their change over they banned me, and wouldn't tell me why. They would only say that my account could not be reinstated. They also didn't pay out I was due, that was in my account that I hadn't cashed out. I think this must be some sort of mistake, but I can't get a response.

They closed my account and stole my points. They sent me one email to give me notice, which went in my spam. Ok, close my account but give me the option of cashing out my points. It took me literally years to accumulate them. I'm very upset. I earned those points. I'm sure it's illegal for them to take my earnings away.
