Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

I have been with them for a very long time, now they deactivated my account, what do you know when i have points in there too. I would take really long surveys and after i finished i would get a message that i didn't qualify, after finishing the survey. Their customer service is really slow at fixing problems. I know this most recent errors might just make me stop with them forever. They are horrible at times. All of a sudden they stopped emailing me, but I still logged on and did some surveys. So we will see sometime in a week or so what happens. Be very weary if you join them and write down all survey numbers and stuff so if you have to contact them they might not try to get out of helping you.

Love this site just because of the frequent name change... And the frequent, easy, and well-rewarded surveys of course!

I joined them as Ipsos Access Panels, and was with them when they changed to Wonderbug and then i-Say. My records are very confused but what can you do, it's easy enough to edit!

As I said, their surveys are quite frequent and easy enough to fill in, and you are rewarded a few points whether you qualify or not so they do rack up in the end. They only really offer vouchers, but as someone who uses Amazon a lot this does come in handy - it doesn't take a lot to redeem either, just over 1300, and when each survey is worth at least 30-500 (that's the most I've seen myself, others may have had more) it's quick enough. they also have a 'panellist reward scheme' where you get bonuses for filling in X amount per year - pretty awesome!

My only issue with them over the years has been missing reward points that have later been added, but in the process I have been made to feel like I was chasing them up for nothing and shouldn't have bothered, I don't like bad attitude from their so-called helpdesk. Also rewards which have been rewarded under a completely different survey code than the one that was sent, which has resulted in me not knowing if I have been credited or not - frustrating isn't the word. Overall though, they are pretty good, and one I plan to stay with.

Today alone I was postal coded though about 10 surveys in the last 10 minutes alone... lets see first reward earned in 10/2013.. have earned $30 in Amazon credit in that time... have been screened out of at least 5 of every 6 surveys with them... so not very time efficient... not real rewards if you look at it that way... sit here entering my birthday/Postal code.... over and over.... is that not in my profile already???? why have a profile if that does not screen the surveys they send me? WASTE OF TIME!

i-Say used to be a great survey site and my primary source of income. Then they stopped sending surveys all together. I thought it might be because I had just received a product to test, but I contacted customer care and was told a week later that my account was deactivated due to "inconsistencies". They wouldn't tell me what. It's been over a week again since I've asked for more information and even asked on their Facebook page, and I've not heard anything. Whomever is tracking their Facebook said they'd send a message to customer care for me, but even that response took a couple of days.
Today, I got an email inviting me to complete the product-test follow-up, and hoped everything had been sorted out. I completed the survey that I was invited to take but wasn't awarded the points.
I've also noticed a lot of disqualifications that haven't awarded 5 points the past 8 months or so.
They're not taking care of their panelists like they used to.

You get a good amount of surveys available and it doesn't take long until you are able to redeem. The range of rewards is really good and I find the surveys are interesting to complete. Also might get mobile phone surveys too.
