Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

At first, you think its all fun and good. then you dont get any surveys. when you do get them they glitch or dont work. Customer service is a joke. They have not given me points that I earned or the poll predictor. When you do speak to them they copy paste responses that help in NO WAY. avoid at all costs :)

Among the survey sites, the reward from i-say is smallest. The customer service respond your reply very slowly and never solve any dispute. The system frequently did not record your reward after you finish a survey. If you ask the customer service, the answer always told that quotas is reached. The site sucks.

This survey panel really stinks. They make you go through 20-30 minutes of "qualifying" questions and then when you get to the end --- where they ask the final few questions for "classification" purposes you get disqualified. They never pay out anything...huge waste of time!

I have been a member for some years. In the past 6 mos. I have noticed that 90% of the time I am told that I have qualified for a survey only to spend 15 minutes or more answering questions to be told either "they have had enough respondents" or "you did not qualify". There have been times that I have entered my zip code more than 7 times before I am told there are not any survey's. Very disappointed in the site now for the amount of rewards I am receiving and lack of qualifying for surveys.

They do have a problem crediting surveys, I've lost a few right at the end. Each time it happens, I email customer service with the survey number and the amount of points I was supposed to receive. They fixed the problem once.

Also, I would say go with the gift card option. I got an Amazon card within an hour of cashing out my points.
