Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

I was a member of this site for yeas and than they started sending fewer surveys and stated I was no longer a member and did not let me redeem my rewards. Stay away I would not recommend to anyone horrible site.

My experience is very similar to what many others have reported here. One day the site showed no surveys available, and when I inquired below is what I received, which is clearly a canned response (verbatim of what I see at least another has posted):

"After reviewing your account, we determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. The reasons for this could include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Inaccurate/Incomplete membership information
2. Inconsistencies in your profile or survey responses
3. Speeding through surveys
4. Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to multiple questions)
5. False geographic location
6. Multiple accounts
7. Inappropriate language

Therefore, your account has been suspended and all LifePoints, incentives and rewards have been forfeited."

For a member who has been faithfully completing the surveys, this email reads like a slap in the face. For an organization to take this action, without any warnings or prior feedback, it is at best unprofessional and at worst downright unethical.

I used to be a huge supporter of Lifepoints survey panel but as of now? I no longer support them. I used to be able to cashout daily at between $5 and $10 now it takes me a week to get enough surveys to get $5 to cashout because the closer you get to cashing out the less surveys you get. And now I have enough points to cashout and it won't let me cashout. It just stays on the loading screen. Their customer support for life points is useless. I had an issue with a survey that didn't pay me and I contacted them and they literally used the " it's not a bug a feature " line on me. The survey in question stopped working and when I told them and showed them they said " it timed out because it's a security feature " instead of giving me the points I lost and the time I lost taking the survey.
I strongly suggest avoiding this survey app. Its not worth the space It takes up on your phone. When you cash out they throttle you. You stop getting surveys after cashing out.

Initially I really liked this site and the payout came about 7 days after redeeming. Then one day, the surveys stopped and I inquired as to why. At first they said that they would look into it and when the finally got back to me this is what they said: After reviewing your account, we determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. The reasons for this could include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Inaccurate/Incomplete membership information
2. Inconsistencies in your profile or survey responses
3. Speeding through surveys
4. Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to multiple questions)
5. False geographic location
6. Multiple accounts
7. Inappropriate language. I can assure you that none of this was true. Meanwhile they froze my account and I was unable to redeem the points I accumulated. I'm on several other survey sites and have been on them for YEARS and NEVER had an issue with anything.

Only been doing surveys 2 days on life points and made £20 in amazon vouchers in my spare time you can have cash as an alternative. It has mixed reviews I've not had any problems so far it's worth giving a go.... the rest of this review is is up date think im on day 4 with lifepoints and now I've made another £10 in amazon vouchers so that's £30 so far it's quite addictive
