Great Rewards Options
In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.
- e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
- PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
- Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher
All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

Survey Taking Experience
Take Surveys, Earn Points, Get Rewarded
As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.
Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!
Survey Lengths
Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.
Receiving More Surveys
To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). This will help match you to the best possible surveys and will increase the number of market research studies that are most relevant to you and your lifestyle.
Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

I HAD BEEN A MEMBER OF GLOBAL TEST MARKET FOR WELL OVER 10 YEARS WITHOUT AN ISSUE. I WAS TOLD ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO I NEEDED TO MOVE TO LIFEPOINTS. I ASSUMED MY POINTS WOULD BE GOING WITH ME. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT COME, BUT I CAN'T EITHER. WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN WITH MY EMAIL IT TELLS ME I AM ALREADY A CUSTOMER, BUT WHEN I TRY TO RESET MY PASSWORD...NOTHING HAPPENS. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AT LEAST 10 TIMES AND MESSAGED THEM ON FACEBOOK. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was with this survey site for at least 3 years when it was Global Test Market it changed to Life Points and it went downhill from there. I go to the site to work on surveys and I cant log in so I message support and tell them for some reason I cant log in. They message back about 5 days later and they say my account has been unsubscribed I didn't do it and I told them I never unsubscribed. My choice was to make a new account with a new password. I told them no thanks and I signed up with Swagbucks.

**update**
They responded with a much more helpful response when I threatened to contact their CEO.
Well they got me too! I tried to log in only to get an error message "your membership has been cancelled".
So I emailed them and got a reply the next day saying "its all good, its all ok, we've resolved your problem! It was you who cancelled your account silly! So nothing to be done. No more account".
I had over $30 worth of points in there. So far no response to my quite frustrated and angry "why, for the love of pete, would I cancel my own account without cashing out first? And then attempt to sign in the next day?"
Their CEO is Caroline Frankum for those who are interested. Perhaps if enough of us bomb her social media accounts (linkedin and twitter that I've found so far) with irate messages demanding our hard earned money, something might be done about it?

Two half decent survey sites merged to make one terrible site. Ever since Lifepoints came into existence, they have posted one value for a survey but upon completion you only receive half the amount, ie you click on a survey that says 90 points, you complete it and it gives your 45 points. Or you finish a survey and it tells you you've screened out and you only get 2 points. And so many of their surveys are super long so half way through taking one, the lifepoints session times out and you're left with nothing.
But that's not why I'm on here leaving my beef. I have routinely done month long purchasing diaries on many survey sites before so I know they are always the same platform and I know what's expected of me so I know when I've completed it. I did one for lifepoints, email invitation said it was worth 1270 points to track my purchases for a whole month, that's not a lot of points for a month's worth of effort but I did it anyways. Completed the month, no points. Put an IT ticket in, it's been over a month and still no closure with them. Do not waste your time.
