Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

Points Value: 550 Lifepoints = $5.00. Therefore, 10 points = $0.09

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

Receiving More Surveys

To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

Getting worse

I used to love this website! But recently I've had nothing but problems with them!! Completing surveys and not receiving rewards, unsatisfactory help when I've contacted them and promises to receive rewards I'm entitled to but haven't. I'm seriously considering cancelling this account because I feel like they have no appreciation for the time people spend on these only to be rewarded nothing in return.

I eventually got SOME points back I was due but not all of them. I'm still not happy with lifepoints. My survey was so good I always had regular surveys and no issues with it at all, since they went to life points it's been ruined. I really wouldn't waste your time signing up as you'll probably waste time trying to make money you could have made somewhere else. I honestly can't believe how bad this website has got like what's the point in it anymore ?? I'm going to be looking for a replacement for this one as I feel I'm just wasting time now.

I loved my survey site. Now that they merged with Lifepoints, not only are the surveys bad (either doing the whole survey and not getting points, or the site messes up in the middle), but the customer service stinks.
I couldn't log in to my account for over a week, and after contacted them through their site, twitter and FB, I got the message that they claim I deleted my account (why would I do that when i had enough points for rewards) They also told me to recreate my account and my points (for a a 1 time event) would be moved. The site didn't recognize my email, so I had to create a new email account. The next day (after getting 10 points for creating account) wouldn't let me in with the NEW account info. I was also told (with the older account) to "write down the numbers' of every survey in case I have a problem because they don;t have a history of the surveys (like my survey had). It's been over a week and I can't log on to get my points , even with a new account set up that THEY told me to do and it'll be taken care of. I have been reading of the site shutting people out like this so they don't have to give out the rewards.

Update: The site finally (after 4 to 5 emails stating they were "looking into it" ) stated that I was disqualified for using their site because I had "two email accounts to my name. Their CS department told me to create a new one because my old email account wasn't being accepted and then they tell me I have 2 accounts and I am disqualified, and also accused me of being a spammer. If I was a spammer, why would I spend 4 WEEKS complaining about 20 dollars? Ever since mysurvey merged this site has been nothing but problems. Seems they just did not want to pay out what was owed.

had been a member of global test market for yrs, when life points took over it when to pot, have been emailing every day for 4 wks now, still cannot get a fix to the problem, the worst customer service EVER

been a member for years... then they changed over. lost everything, and no reply from sending notes from the help page. got conformations, but no replies. still cant log in and no help from them.

Started out wonderful - changed over from MySurvey, which I loved. I cashed out, did not receive my reward, and now I cannot log in. It says my e mail address is incorrect when I try to change my password. Have tried contacting them, left several e mails, etc. Nothing but canned responses back. If they are having problems, then they need to let their panelists know. If they went defunct, then they need to close down the site.
