Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

oh dear

As a member of my survey and global test market I used to do ok with the surveys. They were two of the better ones. Now they merged with lifepoints. For a week all was good BUT now half the surveys have errors at end where they not returning me home so no reward. Emailed 3 times about problem but no answer. Gave up with this site after belonging to others for years.

this is the worst panel ever,, and not to say how many stupid emails i get back to back from them i only need like 50 more points to cash out after that im deleting my account they are not worth it

Don't Bother waste of time

I have been on this site for a few weeks now and get knocked back on nearly every survey I try to complete. Today I started a survey which offered 1500 points for 20 mins fill in time called the National Buying survey. Anyway the survey accepted me and then I spent over 40 minutes competing the survey, or so I thought. After this time up popped a message saying "Thanks for completing Part 1 of the survey", and showing 16% completed. With another 2 parts to be completed, well I gave up this site lied about the length of the survey, When you thing of sites like populous and YouGov who have much shorter surveys for better rewards, I don't see the point of staying with this company.
Don't waste your time on this site feel like I've been conned

LifePoints used to be Global Test Market. I have been trying to login using my Global Test Market password. It wont accept it. I don't know why since I got an email saying to use that password. Anyway, I have been e-mailing almost daily for a week to LifePoints asking them for help. I tried clicking on the Forgot Password button too but they won't even send me a link to reset it. I am really mad. Great new site, it is not. I have many points that were being rolled over from Global Test Market and My Surveys into LifePoints only to be ignored and treated bad. I have no idea what to do nut keep bombarding them with emails?

Before LifePoints I was a member of MYSURVEY. MySurvey was pretty predictable with few problems and responds to questions were fairly prompt and written by a real person. LifePoints took over and I can't access a1000point survey I was two days away from finishing. I've been emailing them for 9 days now- with no personal or helpful response. I'm not sure they employ anyone as all responses I've received are generic and probably computer generated. I can't believe it's 9 days of multiple emails and no one cares. The survey will close soon, and I will likely lose the 1000 points I was working hard to earn for the month of February. I would not recommend this survey site as there is no viable way to contact them that elicits any response other than what I've mentioned. They've also changes the page so it's all snippets, motivational quotes, and other muck that takes away from the survey platform. It's like facebook with surveys. NOT my cup of tea- very distracting. They will also want you to enable pop up blockers and accept cookies. I'm disgusted, angry and frustrated. If I could give negative stars I would. Spend your spare time doing something else- these guys will not be there for you- ever.
