LiveTribe has multiple ways to gain points or win prizes beyond just filling out surveys. These include:

• Competitions (monthly and gaming)
• $5000 Giveaway Sweepstakes + 5 x $1000 Sweepstakes draws (almost any action you take on the site gains you an entry)
• Social Media (follow LiveTribe for surprise contests on social media)
• Profile Completion (complete your profile for 750 points)
• Forums and Polls (engage with members and even suggest topics and polls. If they are published you receive 1,000 points!)

Extensive Reward Offerings

With LiveTribe, members can choose a reward that suits them most out of a large variety of options. Rewards include e-vouchers for Amazon, DealsDirect, Flight Centre, iTunes, Woolworths, and others, or you can choose to receive your rewards as cash via PayPal or EFTPOS money cards. Receiving rewards take anywhere between 5 days to 8 weeks, depending on the reward you have chosen. Note that some rewards carry extra costs for LiveTribe and extra points will be deducted to cover this. An example would be EFTPOS vouchers.

LiveTribe Points and Conversions

The reward conversion is 740 points for $1.00. Most surveys taken pay between 700 to 1,100 points, however some special surveys can pay as high as 4,000 points! The minimum payout is $10 or 7,400 points and rewards normally take 15 to 30 days to be processed and delivered. There are some exceptions, such as PayPal deposits which start at a minimum of $25.

Giving Back to your Community

Instead of using your points to collect rewards, consider using them towards a local community cause! LiveTribe believes it is important to combine research with charity activities, and as a result, thousands of points each year are donated to great causes. Each month there is a rotating charity that has a local community issue focus.

Refer Friends for More Rewards

Share the fun of LiveTribe with your friends and get rewarded. Each time you successfully refer a friend and they complete three surveys, you will be awarded 1,000 bonus points.

In the very near future, the LiveTribe website will disappear forever, and they will make their members fools. In the last few months or years, the company has become untrustworthy and stopped paying member claims. My two redemptions have been pending for more than three months, and I got a reply after sending numerous emails that they don't have enough funds. Still, they are sending survey invitations and expect me to attend their rubbish surveys.

I created my account with LiveTribe about 5 months ago. I did many surveys for them and collected 15,450 points, just 200 points away from the $20 min. reward redemption. For more than a week, I have not gotten any survey invitations, and I tried to login to my account but couldn't. Lucky for me, they replied to my complaint that I was holding multiple accounts, so they suspended my account. Actually, I created only one account and don't know how they concluded I have multiple accounts. From the latest reviews of this company, I am sure they want me to stop claiming my points because I have done enough surveys for them. In my experience with LiveTribe, if you have collected enough points for any reward redemption, do it, or if you are only a few points away from any reward redemption, then only do surveys for those balance points and wait 2 months for the payment threshold to reach you for the reward. Most of the time, they ignore your reward redemption, and if you do other surveys in between, you will definitely waste your time again for this rubbish company.

I got a reply from customer support about my $30 reward redemption that I made 3 months ago: they have no funds to pay the reward because their clients conducting surveys are not paying them. What a strange reply, and how do they value our effort? Avoid at all costs from doing their surveys and save your valuable time.

I redeemed my points for a PayPal cash credit three months ago, but they cancelled my redemption. Then I redeemed for a $50 GiftPay voucher, but I'm still waiting more than 2 months (payment threshold), and the voucher hasn't reached me. It's been more than a month since I got a survey invitation. Most of the time, I can't login to my account and get multiple warning messages. If I log in, then on Dashboard, most of the links print some debug messages, and pages are not shown. I emailed about the issues I am facing and about my reward redemptions, but I got no reply. I invested so many hours in their surveys, so I must get my reward, and once I get it, I will definitely delete my account.

I have been a member of LiveTribe for more than 3 years and have collected more than 2 lakh points. I made my first redemption 4 months ago, a $20 Giftpay voucher, which was not honored. After that, I made some more redemptions for PayPal deposits and EFTPOS gift cards; nothing was honored. My 3 years of effort were completely wasted. Customer support is a disaster; numerous times I tried to contact them but received no response.
