Avoid at all costs. If you want to waste your time doing surveys for NO benefit.
I redeemed points for $170 gift cards 42 days ago and have received nothing. Ignore emails and phone calls. They got back to me once with automated response saying they are working from home due to COVID and cannot answer phone calls and it will take longer to receive gift cards. Seems to me that they are not doing anything from home if they were they would be able to answer phones and post mail. Stop blaming COVID as reviews from years ago state same problems and COVID was not around then. Get your act together. Worst company ever.... i notice that they are still capable of sending out surveys to me though.

I have been a member of Mint Surveys for 4 years and earned many rewards. Trouble is, over the last 12 months, I have had to wait 7 to 8 weeks before my reward arrives. Its a physical Coles card. I've suggested to them to go with egift cards as they re the most convenient and can be issued instantly as per other survey sites.Never have a problem redeeming them if you punch in the right numbers. They refuse. Need to get with the times. I'm opting out of them due to the ridiculous wait for rewards when I can be earning instant rewards on other sites.
Update: 5 Oct 2020 I have $40 in outstanding requested rewards from Mint Surveys. Nearly two months now. Not answering emails or processing reward requests. Yet they are still sending survey invitations so somebody is working there. I have been a loyal member for six years, giving up, no longer.

I have been with Mint Surveys for years with no problem whatsoever. Then a few months ago they stated on their homepage that all their staff are working from home. Fine. Except for the past month I have contacted them numerous times to find out when my redemption voucher will be sent out. No replies whatsoever. I assume that unfortunately they have closed but failed to inform their members. Rude and inconsiderate. Don't bother with them now if you are considering them. Shameful.

I have been with Mint for over 4 years and have not had a problem until to-day 19/06/20. I wanted to see if a card had been sent as I have always had to wait 28 days, but that was ok as they always arrived. About 2 months ago one did not turn up on time and I advised them and then gave them another week. Still did not arrive and they finally sent me another by registered mail. The original had not been activated. To-day I can't log in and phone goes to a message. Seems to me they have been struggling and may have FOLDED.

They have done nothing but waste my time. I have been waiting for my first lot of gift vouchers. Still haven’t receive them as it been 42 days since I requested the voucher and it said on the website it will take a few days and will receive. False Advertising. I have emailed them 4 times about it and only 1 time they replied. If you looking for a place to waste your time. Mint surveys will do it.
