Very reliable.

June 3, 2019 by Lisa from Australia

With the exception of over Christmas time, I reliably cash out $20 every month or so. The only downside is you have to redeem Coles vouchers. There are no other rewards. At least they still send out real gift cards because I never seem to be able to get Coles e-gift cards to work.

This survey company is legit. Have been using them for almost two years now and highly recommend them.

Unable to login Mint Surveys

January 10, 2019 by Edith from Australia

On 21 December 2018 I received a courtesy email from Mint surveys to let me know that the reward card I redeemed on 17 December has been sent. I thought it quite strange as usually it takes around 4 weeks before Mint sends out rewards cards. Well, I have since been trying to log into my account to see when the card was sent and I keep getting this Message: " There was an Error logging in. Please check your login details and try again.” I have sent emails but so far there has been no reply. I wonder if this is just a temporarily issue due to festive season; although an appropriate message would have been more in order. Not like Mint Surveys at all.

Further to my comment of earlier this month, I am pleased to say that today Monday 7 January 2019, Mint replied to my email where they notified me that they are experiencing problems with their website and that IT is looking into it. They also notified that if I receive a survey invite, I can still participate in the survey and the points will be credited into my account.

Update: Received an email today from Mint Helpdesk to notify me that IT has resolved the issue and I can log in - which indeed I could. All good.

Site Crashed?

January 6, 2019 by David from Australia

While appreciating some survey panels close for Christmas/New Years, it is a concern the entire Mint Survey website has crashed. Thankfully I ordered a gift card for my whole owed amount before the holidays otherwise I would be cranky with this one. I would stay away atm which is a shame as it has been quite reliable for years now.
