You must submit a request and be approved in order to gain access to the MNOW panel.

Reward Types

For taking surveys you will be compensated with pre-paid debit cards, checks or vouchers. Payment varies on length and complexity of study. Every survey rewards you at least the equivalent of $25 and up to $100 in checks or prepaid debit cards. Surveys take approximately 30 minutes to complete and some may require follow up surveys you can choose to participate in to get some additional rewards.

I used to do these surveys. They were for me mainly of a medical bent. They merged with Sermo in terms of payments and this has been a seamless transition. Both MNOW and Sermo provide surveys that are fairly well paid and they do a good job screening you out beforehand, so you do not waste too much of your time.

They don't send you surveys and after few months they suddenly block your account

I just submitted my application form, as this site is available through an invitation only. As a M.D., I would really like to participate in such panels, which ARE really related to my profession, although I enjoy taking reviews on other fields also.
I am awaiting either confirmation email, or non-confirmation email.
I am sure this site is great, really the ONE I was looking for..
