Loyalty Program

Try to redeem your points and your account is terminated after all those days trying to accumulate them.

Over zealous "security" measures

Like many others here I had my account "terminated" whilst being owed the princely sum of $10. After three emails I finally redeemed this and ceased my membership of all their panels. If you log in from a different device, a different IP address or belong to Your Voice or Opinion World, they flag your MO account as compromised and hence the ridiculous time and effort to redeem your points and to get your account reinstated. Other survey sites have no issue if you log in from different devices so one can only assume their "security" system is far too sensitive and over zealous. Why not send you an SMS code if they suspect that your account is compromised? Instead each time you want to redeem points you have to send them an email and wait days for a reply. My advice is to go elsewhere.

I was a member for over 13 years, rising to Platinum Plus level, and when I tried to redeem $50 worth of points my account was suddenly terminated for violating terms and conditions. Five emails to them later they informed me they couldn't "verify I was the holder of the account" so the termination stood. So I reported their parent company, based in the US to the US Bureau of Consumer Protection and also to CHOICE, ACCC, ScamWatch, Office of Fair Trading and now here. Suddenly after posting on their Facebook page they want to review my account again, but it doesn't matter, my complaints with all of these groups will stand.
To anyone thinking of wasting their time doing surveys for this group FORGET IT!! There are many more reputable sites available that actually pay out.

Unfortunately I've come across my first real, dodgy survey panel. After spending three weeks in conversation trying to actually get their site to work things started to smooth out. Ok, after a bit of work an amount was now available for redemption, so off to find out how and see if it works. Following the on site instructions led nowhere and were less than intuitive. Eventually opted for a Paypal transfer.... failed. THEN... tried to log back in............ my account had been cancelled for violating their so-called terms and conditions. Obviously working on surveys for their clients and then expecting something in return is outside their terms and conditions.
The help/support is non existent and any correspondence will take 3 days minimum for a reply. The plan is clearly hoping you will go away.
Steer clear of this lot...it will only end badly for you.
